暑假期間，超過250名同學參加ILP暑期課程，是次暑期課程以不同的教學模式橫跨了4個不同的學習範疇，其中包括為服務小學生的「無穹視野義工服務」(公民教育); 為畢業生而設的「求職準備全攻略」講座(智育發展); 「性格透視® 領導有方」工作坊(群育及情緒發展); 校友分享「漫談創作 – 路邊攤分享會」(美育發展) 以及「皮革生活--—從興趣到事業X皮革製作工作坊」等等。暑假，也可以很有意義的！

考試過後，暑假又將至，仍未有計劃的話，可以如何充實假期？

ILP為大家炮製一系列暑期熱身活動，包括認識舊日香港會黨、本土殯葬文化，亦有服務社區小學生; 求職當然要知面試攻略及最新市場狀況; 想認識自己，PD (Personality Dimensions)幫到你; 還有歐遊背包客攻略、 上環導賞團，皮革製作工作坊等。動靜皆備，總有一個適合你。

Musical Equations: Connections Between Math & Music
動聽方「情」式﹕淺探音樂與數學

音樂與數學似是風馬牛不相及的範疇，原來隱藏千絲萬縷的連繫？透過是次講座，客席講者Professor David Kung 將以小提琴的音樂示範解構音樂與數學的動聽方「情」式。Prof. Kung 亦曾於其他院校講論相關題目，大獲好評，同學萬勿錯過是次寶貴機會。

The evening concert is a performance by the RTHK Quartet of Hong Kong. This is the RTHK Quartet's fourth annual visit to Lingnan. *Ms Colleen Lee's Biography:

Hailed by the New York Concert Review Inc. as “an extraordinarily talented young pianist” and for “the sort of interpretive ability rare in any pianist,” Colleen Lee is one of the most brilliant pianists of the younger generations from Hong Kong and China. Since winning the 6th Prize at prestigious International Frederic Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw in 2005, she has performed extensively around the world, in cities including New York, Boston, London, Warsaw, Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Amsterdam, Prague, Vienna, Tokyo, Tele Aviv, Beijing, Xian, Yi Chang, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shantou.
