ArtSow Academy – A Week of Forms and Fictions
A five-day studio journey for children aged 5–11, exploring form and fiction: shapes, textures, colors, materials, and imagined worlds. Across the week, children move between observation and invention, experimenting with painting, collage, clay, and unusual materials to create works that are both tactile and imaginative. Each day opens a different artistic territory, inviting them to build, transform, and narrate through visual creation.
Program
* Day 1 – Tiny Worlds
Children invent miniature imaginary worlds through drawing, collage, paint, clay, and found materials.
* Day 2 – Nature Artists
A day inspired by leaves, flowers, insects, trees, nests, natural textures, and earthy colors.
* Day 3 – Color Lab
Children explore color through mixing, layering, and expressive mark-making.
* Day 4 – Textures & Treasures
A sensory exploration of touch, relief, collage, clay, and unusual materials.
* Day 5 – Magic Garden
A whimsical day of enchanted flowers and fantasy creatures
