OTHERLAND in collaboration with 2 SQUARE METRES is supporting the Energizing Kowloon East Office (EKEO) of the Development Bureau (DevB) to organize a design competition on Choi Hung Road Playground. A Comminity Engagement Workshop on 25 February (this Saturday) is arranged offering opportunity for direct dialogue between the stakeholders and those interested in the design competition.
