In addition to providing a detailed introduction to its curriculum features, Yuen Yuen Primary School also arranged for student ambassadors to lead parents on a campus tour entirely in English. This allowed parents to witness firsthand the students‘ confident communication in an English-rich environment and to appreciate the advantages of an excellent language context in inspiring early childhood development! 👍

2026-27新學年即將展開，曾星如幼稚園全體教職員今天齊聚，舉行本年度第一次校務會議。

我們非常榮幸邀請到保良局副行政總監劉志聰先生親臨參與。會議上，劉副行政總監除了與校長、主任及老師們深入交流前線教育心得，更分享了他多年來從事教育工作的喜悅與初心——那份對孩子的愛與堅持，深深鼓舞了在場每一位同工。❤️

劉副行政總監亦清晰闡述了保良局教育的未來發展方向，讓團隊更明確前行的步伐。這份來自總局的支持與信任，是我們新學年最珍貴的動力。💪💪

The 2026–27 school year is coming, and the entire staff of Po Leung K*k Chan Seng Yee Kindergarten gathered today for our first staff meeting of the year.

We were truly honoured to have Mr. Lau Chi-chung, Deputy Chief Executive of Po Leung K*k, join us in person. During the meeting, Mr. Lau not only exchanged frontline teaching insights with our principal, senior teachers, and colleagues, but also shared the joy and core values that have guided his many years in education—his love for children and unwavering dedication deeply inspired every one of us.❤️

Mr. Lau also clearly outlined the future directions of Po Leung K*k‘s education, giving our team a clearer vision for the road ahead. This support and trust from the Head Office is the most precious motivation as we begin the new school year.💪💪

第三篇：輕鐵活動最終回 🚋✨

輕鐵親子體驗活動迎來壓軸最終回，展板上擺放了全校親子合力剪出的特色剪紙，繽紛節氣畫與雅致青花瓷，盡顯中華巧思；工作坊裡，幼兒們化身小工匠，專心裝飾骨瓷餐具、拼貼青花畫，更親手挑選中草藥製作香囊，忙得不亦樂乎。車廂內設有糖蔥餅及叮叮糖供品嚐，月台則有古箏演奏、詩歌朗誦輪流登場，氣氛熱鬧。

衷心感謝每一位家長和幼兒的全情投入，你們的熱情與歡笑，令活動圓滿成功！🌟

Part 3: Light Rail Event Grand Finale 🚋✨

The Light Rail Family Experience Tour came to a spectacular finale. The exhibition boards displayed special paper-cuttings created by families from all the schools, along with vibrant seasonal paintings and elegant blue-and-white porcelain, showcasing the beauty of Chinese craftsmanship. In the workshops, the little ones turned into little artisans, focusing on decorating bone china tableware, piecing together blue-and-white collage art, and even selecting their favourite Chinese herbs to make scented sachets — they were thoroughly engaged. Inside the carriage, traditional snacks like sugar onion pancakes and ding-ding candy were available for tasting, while on the platform, guzheng performances and poetry recitations took turns entertaining the crowd, creating a lively atmosphere.

We sincerely thank every parent and child for their wholehearted participation. Your enthusiasm and laughter made this event a great success! 🌟

萬眾期待的輕鐵親子體驗遊，迎來盛大開幕典禮！🎉
當日，三間屬校的家長與幼兒聚首一堂，共同見證這個別具意義的時刻。我們非常榮幸邀得香港鐵路有限公司總車務經理（輕鐵及巴士）關偉麟先生、各屬校校長及區議員親臨活動，為活動揭開序幕。👏

典禮上，三間屬校的幼兒獻上一連串極富中國色彩的精彩演出——既有婀娜多姿的中國舞、清脆悅耳的唱歌與童謠，更有氣勢磅礡的打鼓表演，鼓聲震天，展現滿滿的才華與自信！🥁🎶
更驚喜的是，現場特備中國傳統古彩戲法，變幻莫測的手法令大小觀眾目不轉睛，掌聲不斷，既新奇又充滿文化底蘊。🎭✨

Part 2: Opening Ceremony 🚋✨

The much-anticipated Light Rail Family Experience Tour kicked off with a grand opening ceremony! 🎉
On the day, parents and young children from three affiliated schools gathered together to witness this meaningful occasion. We were truly honoured to have Mr. Kwan Wai-lun, General Manager – Operations (Light Rail & Buses) of MTR Corporation Limited, along with principals of the affiliated schools and district councillors, join us to officially open the event. 👏

At the ceremony, the children from the three schools delivered a series of splendid performances rich in Chinese cultural flair — from graceful Chinese dance and melodious singing and nursery rhymes, to a powerful drumming performance that thundered with energy and showcased their immense talent and confidence! 🥁🎶

家長與小朋友一同走進屯門輕鐵車廠，參與難得的「輕鐵主題親子體驗遊」！
活動當日，大家乘搭專屬輕鐵列車出遊，沿途由專業導賞員細心講解，分享各輕鐵站的歷史與故事。🚋 回到車廠後，更可近距離觀看列車清洗過程，了解日常運作。
專業導賞員亦會詳細介紹輕鐵知識，以及乘車禮儀與安全規則；參觀輕鐵博物館，讓大家認識香港輕鐵的發展歷程。最後，小朋友更能走入模擬駕駛艙，一嚐當「輕鐵司機」的滋味！🚦

Part 1: Light Rail Experience Tour 🚋✨

Parents and children are invited to step into the Tuen Mun Light Rail Depot for a rare ”Light Rail Family Experience Tour“!
On the day, participants will board an exclusive Light Rail train for a special ride, accompanied by professional guides who share fascinating stories and history about each stop along the way. 🚋 Back at the depot, families can watch the train-washing process up close and learn about daily operations.
Our expert guides will also provide in-depth knowledge about the Light Rail system, as well as riding etiquette and safety rules. A visit to the Light Rail Museum will give everyone a glimpse into the development of Hong Kong’s Light Rail over the years. To top it off, children can step into the simulator cabin and try their hand at being a ”Light Rail driver“ for a day! 🚦

Besides the exciting Light Rail experience, there will be more highlights from the day‘s activities!

🎓畢業聚餐開心回憶花絮
🎓 Graduation Party Highlights

本年度高班畢業聚餐來到了屯門悅品度假酒店，前菜、主食和甜品種類豐富，應有盡有，小朋友最喜歡自己倒橙汁和挑選美食😋老師精心剪輯了K1到K3的成長影片，從哭著上學到笑著畢業，令全場十分感動。小朋友還圍著老師聊天、合照，個個都說捨不得。
畢業不是結束，而是新的開始。學校上下祝願各位小主角，升上小學後每天都過得開心愉快，繼續做個愛笑、愛探索的好孩子！加油，小一新生！🎉

This year’s senior class graduation dinner was held at Tuen Mun Joyous Resort Hotel. With a wide variety of appetizers, main courses, and desserts, the children’s favorite part was pouring their own orange juice and picking their favorite treats! The teachers had carefully compiled a video montage of their growth from K1 to K3 – from crying on their first days to smiling at graduation – which moved everyone in the room. The children also gathered around their teachers for chats and photos, and every one of them said they would miss this place.
Graduation is not an end, but a new beginning. Our entire school community wishes each of our little stars a happy and joyful time every day in primary school, and that they continue to be curious, smiling children. Go for it, Primary One newbies! 🎉
