Student Choi Chun Him of Man Kwan Pak Kau College recently participated in the Hong Kong Inter-school Individual Gymnastics Competition and delivered an outstanding performance.

He achieved 2nd Runner-up in the Individual All-around event and 4th place in the Vault event, with results that are truly encouraging.

His achievements reflect his dedication and perseverance in training, and demonstrate the positive sporting spirit of our athletes.

Man Kwan Pak Kau College Lacrosse Team recently participated in the Hong Kong Secondary Schools Lacrosse Competition and achieved outstanding results.

本校學生於第十屆全國青少年無人機大賽(香港區賽)暨第三屆全港中小學無人機大賽-藍鳥盃中取得優異成績。是次賽事中全港約有20間不同的中學參加，接近約100位學生同場競技，本校學生參加了個人飛行限制賽、團體接力限制賽、個人裝調物流賽、無人機足球團體賽及個人飛行自選賽五個項目均取得發揮出色，成績如下:

The 10th National Youth Drone Competition (Hong Kong Division) and The 3rd Hong Kong Primary and Secondary School Drone Competition – Blue Bird Cup
Our students achieved outstanding results in the 10th National Youth Drone Competition (Hong Kong Regional) & The 3rd Hong Kong Primary and Secondary School Drone Competition - Blue Bird Cup. Approximately 20 secondary schools from across Hong Kong participated in this event, with nearly 100 students competing. Our students delivered brilliant performances in all five events they entered, including the Individual Restricted Flight Race, Team Relay Restricted Race, Individual Assembly and Logistics Race, Drone Football Team Race, and Individual Freestyle Flight Race. The results are as follows:

【校園好精神之擁抱幸福感】活動精彩回顧！

在5月，MKPC校園充滿了歡樂和正能量！✨ 感謝各位同學和家長的熱烈參與，讓這次「校園好精神」系列活動圓滿結束。

一連兩天的午間攤位活動讓校園籠罩著輕鬆歡樂的氣氛！現場除了有家教會甜到入心的「甜絲絲棉花糖」、發揮美感創意的「馬賽克與乾花相框製作」，還有幫大家全方位減壓的「打倒壓力塔 」攤位。由精神健康大使帶來的「打走煩惱」和「壓力滾走」更吸引了大批同學排隊挑戰！加上萬眾期待的「師生 Switch 大戰」，令禮堂都充滿了歡呼聲。

除了好玩的攤位，講座與一Chiikawa早讀文章分享也讓我們學會如何正面溝通、接納並關懷彼此的情緒。讓我們一起回顧這些溫馨花絮，繼續擁抱幸福感，共同守護身心健康吧！❤️

【Embracing Happiness at the "Mental Health @ School" Campaign】Highlights Review!

In May, the MKPC campus has been brimming with joy and positive energy! ✨ A massive thank you to all students and parents for your enthusiastic participation, making our "Mental Health @ School" campaign a resounding success.

The two-day lunchtime carnival brought a wonderfully relaxed and festive atmosphere to the campus. Highlights included the PTA's deliciously sweet candyfloss stall, creative mosaic and dried-flower photo frame crafting, and the ultimate stress-busting "Topple the Pressure Tower" booth. The "Banish Your Worries" and "Roll Away the Stress" games, run by our Mental Health Ambassadors, were also huge hits, drawing long queues of eager students! To top it all off, the highly anticipated Staff vs Student Switch Tournament had the whole assembly hall bursting with cheers.

Beyond the fun-filled booths, our seminars and the Chiikawa morning reading reflections provided us with valuable insights on positive communication, acceptance, and caring for one another's emotions. Let's look back at these heartwarming moments, continue to embrace happiness, and champion our mental and physical well-being together! ❤️

萬鈞伯裘書院畢業典禮在溫馨感人的氛圍中圓滿舉行，接近350位家長蒞臨現場，共同見證中六同學們人生的重要時刻。

今年畢業禮以「青春驛站 • 夢想啟航」為主題，同學透過音樂、分享、舞蹈及家長話劇，細訴對母校的不捨與感恩，亦表達對未來的憧憬與期盼。典禮上，主禮嘉賓教育局首席助理秘書長梁柏偉先生勉勵同學勇敢追夢、積極面對未來；校監的殷切叮嚀與校長的誠摯祝福，更為畢業生送上溫暖而堅定的支持。

這是一個充滿愛的校園，也是一場充滿期盼的畢業禮。感謝母校的栽培與守護，讓青春在此啟航，讓夢想由此展翅高飛。

“Chasing the Infinite, New Journey Begins”

The Speech Day of Man Kwan Pak Kau College was held in a warm and touching atmosphere, with nearly 350 parents witnessing this important milestone in our S6 students’ lives.

This year’s Speech Day was themed “Chasing the Infinite, New Journey Begins.” Through music, sharing, dance performances and a parents’ play, students expressed their heartfelt gratitude and attachment to their alma mater, while sharing their aspirations for the future.

Our Guest of Honour, Mr. Leung Pak-wai, Ashley, Principal Assistant Secretary of the Education Bureau, encouraged our graduates to pursue their dreams with courage and confidence. The Supervisor’s heartfelt reminders and the Principal’s sincere blessings further inspired students as they embarked on a new chapter.

It was a ceremony filled with affection and aspiration, where youth embark and dreams soar.

香港基督少年軍第251分隊十八週年立願禮已於5月20日順利舉行。

立願禮是分隊成員必須參與的儀式，隊員透過公開立願，表達願意盡上自己的本份及責任，實踐服從、虔誠、守紀律及自愛等良好行為。

感謝主禮嘉賓 香港基督少年軍 新九西區區牧麥建明牧師、新九西區區指揮官羅志文先生及制服團隊部事工主任曾曉雯女士親臨主禮。

立願禮當中設獎章頒贈的環節，隊員從主禮嘉賓及校長手上接過目標章、藝術章及通訊章。

The 18th Enrolment Service of the 251st Company of The Boys’ Brigade, Hong Kong was successfully held on May 20th.

The enrolment service is a mandatory ceremony for all members of the company. Through this ceremony, members publicly express their commitment to fulfilling their duties and responsibilities, while also pledging to uphold values such as obedience, piety, discipline, and self-love.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our honourable guests: Rev. MAK Kin-ming （District Chaplain of New Territories West and Kowloon West (NKW) District), Mr. LO Chi-man, Timothy (District Commander of New Territories West and Kowloon West (NKW) District), Ms. TSANG Hiu-man, Mandy (Ministry Officer of Uniformed Group Division), for officiating the ceremony.

A badge presentation session was also included in the ceremony, during which members received the Target Badge, Art Badge and Communications Badge from the honourable guests and the principal.
