一名醫護的告白:
【長文】我係一名醫護，想同大家探討關於打疫苗呢件事。

第五波疫情爆發以來有1500名確診，只有5名確診者需要接受氧氣治療，一宗Delta個案為危殆，呼籲長者去打針。但你地知唔知其實自從推行疫苗注射計劃以來，有好多中年同埋老年嘅病人或者本身非常健康嘅長者、甚至三四十歲嘅人打完針之後突然入院。佢哋本身冇長期病，但好多都因為急性心臟問題或者器官衰竭而過咗身，而家已經冇新聞去報道，但公立醫院嘅所有醫生護士大家心中有數。當然，作為醫護界一員，我仍然鼓勵大家接種疫苗（雖然事實擺在眼前係打咗三針依然可以感染，只係症狀相對上比較輕微），但懇請各位仲未打針嘅人小心評估定三思閣下對於打疫苗後的健康風險。

另外，香港Omicorn重症率0.3%就係事實，香港Omicorn死亡率0%又係事實。香港大學微生物學系教授袁國勇曾經公開地表示打唔打針係市民嘅自由同選擇，而且人嘅性命係物競天擇(“Survival of the fittest”)，你唔打針又中咗兼且重症入埋醫院最後喪失性命係你嘅個人選擇，點解而家要迫全香港人打針？

請問Omicron幾多單重症？事實係入院係可以唔需要用藥（或者醫生都唔想開藥俾你），訓幾日就可以出院，咁係屋企訓都得（咁當然要睇吓確診者屋企嘅環境因素作決定），但而家係格硬逼輕微症狀或者冇症狀嘅確診者入院然後話影響醫療系統。呢一個星期每一日嘅個案破百，今日甚至超過300宗，局方終於都開口承認話會有應變方案，但原來所謂嘅應變方案係將竹篙灣變成接收病徵較輕嘅確診者，而緊密接觸者就佩戴手帶留喺屋企進行家居隔離，呢一啲就係陳局長所謂迅速嘅應變措施？順帶一提，曾經有做紀律部隊嘅朋友而又被調配去聯絡疫情初期由外地返港進行家居隔離嘅人士，其實有好多帶住手帶嘅人，都可以輕鬆咁將條手帶除低放喺屋企，然後出咗街買嘢食。每當佢哋收到政府人員打俾佢哋嘅電話或者短訊嘅時候，佢哋會一早將已經影好咗屋企嘅相片發送出去，當然政府人員睇到相之後就close File，覺得佢哋都仲係乖乖地留係屋企進行家居隔離。

順帶一提，上年財政預算案，陳茂波成日都話要守住個庫房，但就不停撥款去起大白象工程（港珠澳大橋、高鐵工程、遲啲甚至會有大灣區同埋北部灣都會發展etc)，甚至撥款80億比香港警務處嘅國安部門。明明香港公立醫院醫療系統即使唔係流感高峰期，都瀕臨系統爆煲（仲要唔係一時三刻嘅事情，同埋每日有150個單程證香港人嚟香港之後仲可以成為香港永久居民同你一齊爭公立醫療服務），但到底幾多撥款係真正落到去醫療系統，而落入咗去公立醫療系統之後又有幾多係真係去咗clinical setting同clinical operation，各位公立醫院前線醫生護士大家心中有數。

1) 關於打針方面：
作為醫護界嘅一員，所有急症室、急症室病房、內科、心臟科病房嘅醫生同姑娘都應該好清楚每一個月、每星期甚至每日都有男女老幼嘅市民打完疫苗之後不適入院，好多Cases HA並冇對外公布相關消息。仲有一開始香港政府表示打疫苗係可以防止感染新冠肺炎，但呢幾個月已經清清楚楚咁證明比香港市民睇打咗疫苗並唔可以100%防止感染，所以政府已經開始改口風，表示打針唔係為咗防止感染新冠肺炎，反而係可以減低感染新冠肺炎後嘅病徵及潛在嘅併發症。

2) 關於打疫苗然後放寬社交距離措施：
陳局長曾經講過如果香港有七成人口接種左疫苗，就可以放寬社交距離措施，但事實係而家有八成人口接種左疫苗，佢就突然改口表示要九成香港人口接種左疫苗先至有機會放寬社交距離措施，請問到底有冇任何科學根據去放寬社交措施？

另外，袁國勇教授曾經表示香港政府必須要向以色列政府學習，推行疫苗護照。但係根據《紐約時報》報導，有以色列嘅科學家表示當打第三針或者第四針嘅時候反而會削弱年長族群人體嘅免疫系統，令到你身體更容易感染新冠肺炎。大家再仔細睇一睇以色列當地嘅數據，就可以發現即使有七成嘅以色列人已經接種加強劑，感染率同死亡率不跌反升，以色列政府已經決定取消疫苗護照計劃。袁國勇教授，請您看清楚以色列嘅現實情況，謝謝您！

3) 關於一班政府的抗疫專家：
仲有一班所謂嘅抗疫專家，根本佢地就成日攞住自己嘅Academic或者Professional Entitlement去講東講西，一時又話食肆需要用隔板去阻隔飛沫，但係去到九龍塘又一城望月樓感染群組，就指出用隔板係會阻擋空氣嘅流通，增加感染風險。再之前又話餐廳空氣唔流通，鮮風轉換次數不足，需要餐廳加裝空氣清新機，但係去到九龍塘又一城望月樓感染群組就指出空氣清新機嘅風向流動有助病毒係餐廳之間嘅流動，從而增加其他食客受到感染嘅風險。

仲有，一班專家成日都出動去唔同嘅樓宇檢查結構，有垂直或者橫向傳播，然後要撤離指定單位嘅市民，到底你哋係有啲乜嘢科學根據？你哋每一位所謂嘅抗疫專家每一次都係今天的我打倒昨天的我。想多口講一句，自從2003年沙士淘大花園E座事件，已經講過屋宇排污結構系統甚至劏房問題係會導致病毒傳播影響公共衛生，事隔咁多年，咁多屆香港政府到底有冇真正正視甚至解決呢啲問題，每一個香港人都心中有數。

4) 關於唔同地區污水都呈陽性：
其實全香港唔同地方嘅污水最後都會運送到去一個終極嘅污水收集站，咁如果係咁嘅話咪即係全香港嘅污水都係呈陽性？咁點解唔迫全香港市民做一次全民檢測？（特首之前話香港係冇可能可以模仿大陸嘅禁足措施，但係葵涌邨同埋屯門公共屋村又開始做緊禁足措施同埋強檢，又係今天的我打倒昨天的我😉）

最後我想講，每一類病毒都會有基因變異同埋變種，每一次嘅基因變異會令到該病毒更容易喺人群之間傳播開去，但同時死亡率係會下降，亦可能會成為風土病。

Teachers are set to refuse to go back to school under plans from the UK's biggest teaching union to tell its members to stay at home.

The National Education Union (NEU) said it will advise its members of their legal right not to have to work in an unsafe environment.

Dr Mary Bousted, the union's joint general secretary, said: 'Whilst we are calling on the Government to take the right steps as a responsible union we cannot simply agree that the Government's wrong steps should be implemented.

'That is why we are doing our job as a union by informing our members that they have a legal right to refuse to work in unsafe conditions which are a danger to their health and to the health of their school communities and more generally.'

The general secretary of the NASUWT union, Dr Patrick Roach, also called for an immediate nationwide move to remote education due to safety concerns.

Meanwhile, the National Association of Headteachers (NAHT) has started preliminary steps in legal proceedings against the Department for Education and is awaiting the Government's response.

The union is also preparing to advise headteachers not to take action against employees who decline to return to work, reports The Observer.
