Go Kids HK Sports coaching for kids over a broad range of sports, focusing on the basic human movement side and teaching fundamental skills to use in everyday activities.

We at GoKids focus on the physical development of each child. Physical development refers to the advancements and refinements of motor skills, or, in other words, a child’s ability to use and control their bodies in different ways. Physical development is a key aspect of the total development and well-being of children which must be addressed in the early developing years. Did you know that as chi

ldren grow they go through developmental “windows of opportunities”? When the windows are open, children have an amazing opportunity to learn new skills with remarkable ease. We at GoKids recognize these sensitive developmental periods and prepare our programs and environment to serve and satisfy the child’s needs at each of these stages. This will not only lay a good foundation for motor development and sports development but also Academic, Social, and Emotional development! Preparing youngsters for school requires more than developing a set of skills, it includes physical development and health.
