Woodystage 詠春

詠春拳是一種以柔制剛為主的中國拳術，主要透過黐手的練習去訓練感知對方肢體及攻防意圖的變化，與對手在一種身心放鬆的安全條件下，練習既簡潔直接，而又富於變化的近距離攻防技巧。學習過程除了要求自己身手和反應變得更靈活，更可鍛練敏捷的思考。詠春拳的學習流程，先習拳套，熟練黐手，最後才到技擊練習。拳套目的是為了對黐手作好準備，而黐手並不等於搏擊。而黐手的練習形式是詠春拳的核心。
內容及目標：
先由學習詠春拳之小念頭開始，透過認識詠春基本手法及拳法理念等，打下良好正確的基礎。著重對各基本動作與身體結構關係的了解，輔以引導及矯正，再經單黐手、碌手等練習，令學員對詠春拳有基本的概念和認識，然後視乎進度，循序漸進在學習過程中加入不同的基本手法，為日後的黐手對練作準備。
招生條件：
對詠春拳術有濃厚興趣之人士。

上課時間：
初班 - 星期一、四 7:00-8:00pm
初級黐手 - 星期一、四 8:30-9:30pm
中級黐手 - 星期二、五 7:30-9:30pm
高級黐手 - 星期三 7:00-10:00pm
