相信你嘅小朋友，佢哋可以跳得高、拋得準，玩得開心，只要佢哋學會基礎活動能力。今日一早大人細路一齊玩FMS，好熱，但好好玩喎！
Trust your kids, they can jump high, throw to target and enjoy their own time with right FMS skill developed. We have a FMS trial class for both adult and kids this morning! It’s hot but we all had great fun!

We should keep training our balancing skill, fine motor muscle and concentration no matter what age we are at, on wheelchair or not.
If we can do it in a game, that's even better!
