香港中文大學伍宜孫書院學生會走讀生會幹事會換屆選舉投票期（網上投票）已於一月三十一日（星期日）下午四時零分結束。點票程序於一月三十一日下午八時十五分於ZOOM進行，並由陳卓樂同學（伍醫學三）在場監票，點票結果如下：
會員人數：1248人（截至二零二一年一月二十五日）
總票數：169票
有效票數：169票
廢票票數：0票
由於有效票數超過本會會員人數八分之一，根據本會會章第八部44.(二)條，是次選舉為合法選舉。
候選內閣「宜聲走譽」：
信任票數：164票
不信任票數：3票
棄權票數：2票
由於贊成票數超過總有效票數之一半，根據本會會章第八部46.(一)條，候選內閣「 宜聲走譽 」成功當選為本會第四屆幹事會內閣，並會於明天（二月一日）上任。

【Voting Results】
Dear Members,
The voting period of the general election of the Executive Committee, Non-residents Association, WYSCSU, CUHK ended at 4:00pm on 31 Jan 2019. Ballot counting was held at 8:15pm on 31 Jan via Zoom. The process was monitored by Mr. Jason Chan (WYS/MEDU/3), results are as follows:
Total no. of members: 1248 (as of 25 Jan)
Total number of votes: 169
Number of valid votes: 169
Number of invalid votes: 0
As the number of valid votes exceeds one-eighth of the number of members, according to Article 8.44.2 of the Constitution, the election is legitimate.
Hypersunic – the proposed cabinet:
Confidence: 164 votes
Non-confidence: 3 votes
Abstain: 2 votes
Since the number of confidence votes exceeds half the number of valid votes, according to Article 8.46.1 of the constitution, Hypersunic is officially elected as the forth executive committee and will be in office starting from 1 February.

話說宿委會嘅學生代表同書院傾緊今年嘅宿舍補償，
當中嘅宿位補償係會影響到未來嘅宿位分配，

宿舍補償機制意見收集 Opinion Collection of the Hostel Compensation Mechanism 因應武漢肺炎疫情關係，校方早前已宣佈餘下的第二學期及暑期課程均會採用線上授課，書院亦因此不建議所有同學回到宿舍居住。換言之，同學在本學年(19-20)已不太可能回到宿舍居住。此安排使同學遭受到不到程度的損失，.....

喺為期六日既投票日後，由3月10日起，鋌宜走險 Ryeesks正式上任香港中文大學伍宜孫書院學生會走讀生會第四屆幹事會，並管理呢個page。好多謝大家呢幾個月既支持，我地會用心聆聽各位既意見並盡力喺任期期間做好我地工作，唔會辜負大家對我地既信任!

【選舉結果】

香港中文大學伍宜孫書院學生會走讀生會幹事會換屆選舉投票期（實體投票及網上投票）已於三月九日（星期四）晚上十一時五十九分結束。點票程序於三月十日上午九時於伍宜孫書院東座走讀生舍堂進行，並由尹鈺堃同學（伍政政四）在場監票，點票結果如下：

會員人數：667人（截至二零二零年一月十七日）
總票數：130票
有效票數：129票
廢票票數：1票

由於有效票數超過本會會員人數八分之一，根據本會會章第8.4.4條，是次選舉為合法選舉。

候選內閣「鋌宜走險」：

信任票數：122票
不信任票數：1票
棄權票數：6票

由於贊成票數超過總有效票數之一半，根據本會會章第8.5.1條，候選內閣「 鋌宜走險 」成功當選為本會第四屆幹事會內閣，並會於明天（三月十一日）上任。

【Voting Results】

Dear Members,

The voting period of the general election of the Executive Committee, Non-residents Association, WYSCSU, CUHK ended at 11:59pm on 9 March 2019. Ballot counting was held at 9am on 10 March in room E101 of Wu Yee Sun College. The process was monitored by Mr. Ben Wan (WYS/GPAD/4), results are as follows:

Total no. of members: 667 (as of 17 Jan)
Total number of votes: 130
Number of valid votes: 129
Number of invalid votes: 1

As the number of valid votes exceeds one eighth of the number of members, according to Article 8.4.4 of the Constitution, the election is legitimate.

Ryeesks – the proposed cabinet:

Confidence: 122 votes
Non-confidence: 1 votes
Abstain: 6 votes

Since the number of confidence votes exceeds half the number of valid votes, according to Article 8.5.1 of the constitution, Ryeesks is officially elected as the forth executive committee and will be in office starting from 11 March.

要落莊了~ ~ 😭😭

話咁快就一年，1月31日係我地 風宜雲走 正式任期既最後一日 😭 過去一年我地可能有好多地方做得唔夠好，不過都好感激咁多位一直對我地嘅包容、關注同埋信任 🙏🏻

之後本專頁將會由伍宜孫書院走讀生會幹事會既候任內閣 鋌宜走險 管理，希望咁多位繼續支持下屆走讀生會既活動，同埋祝下莊莊期愉快~

最後，喺而家武漢肺炎疫情肆虐嘅時期 😟 我地 風宜雲走 仝人希望大家身體健康，平平安安咁返到中大！

於一月三十日的電郵，走讀生會決定押後本會幹事會換屆選舉原定於一月三十一日（星期五）的所有投票時段。考慮到復課無期，而為了盡快恢復會務運作，本會決定改用網上投票取代本會幹事會選舉原定於一月三十一日（星期五）的投票時段，詳情如下：

投票期：三月八日（星期日）正午十二時正至三月九日（星期一）晚上十一時五十九分

合資格投票同學：所有未曾於二零二零年的走讀生會幹事會選舉（即一月二十一日至一月二十三日的投票時段）投票，而於二零二零年一月十七日當天為本會會員的同學（即非宿生的伍宜孫書院全日制學生，已申請為特別會員除外）。即宿生及已投票的走讀生並不能參與此次網上投票。

投票方式：以ADoodle進行不記名投票，投票連結將於三月八日上午九時由[email protected]以電郵發送予閣下之cu link電郵信箱，如果收不到電郵，請檢查你的垃圾郵件信箱，如未能再到該電郵，請以[email protected]聯絡本會。

因技術問題，本會未能尋獲更佳的不記名網上投票系統，屆時，所有合資格投票的會員將能夠於附帶投票連結的電郵看到其他合資格投票會員的cu link電郵地址，此電郵為Adoodle系統自動發出，而本會沒有任何方法修改電郵的內容，不便之處，敬請原諒！唯本會在此確保所有於此平台的投票將以不記名的方式進行，任何會員（包括本會選舉委員會或候選幹事會成員）都不可能以任何形式得知閣下於是次網上投票的投票意向（詳情可參閱ADoodle.org上有關不記名投票系統運作的解釋），請各位會員放心參與是次投票！如閣下不希望讓其他合資格投票的會員看到你的電郵或對此不記名的投票形式有疑問，請於二零二零年三月八日上午九時前聯絡本會（[email protected]），以便為你做出特別安排，使用其他投票方式。

Dear members of the Non-residents Association, WYSCSU, CUHK

As stated in the email dated 30 January, the Non-residents Association (NRA) has decided to delay the voting session for NRA executive committee election originally scheduled on 31 January (Friday). Considering the uncertainty of class resumption date and the current situation of NRA that the executive committee is idle, the NRA has decided to replace the voting session on 31 January by online voting, details are as follows:

Voting period: 8 March (Sun) 12:00 to 9 March (Mon) 23:59
Eligibility: members of NRA as of 17 January (i.e. WYS full-time students who are not hostel residents on 17 Jan, except special members) who had not voted in the the NRA executive committee election in 2020 (i.e. voting sessions on 21 Jan to 23 Jan)
Method: Online voting will be carried out on ADoodle.org, link to voting platform will be provided to your cu link mailbox through email by [email protected] at 9am on 8 March, if you could not find the email, please first check your junk mail mailbox, if still cannot find the email, please contact us by [email protected]

Due to technical difficulties, we were not able to find an anonymous online voting system better than ADoodle. As preset in the system of ADoodle, all eligible voters of NRA will be able to see the cu link email account of every other eligible voters in the email with the link to the voting platform, which is autogenerated by the ADoodle system. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. However, we would like to reassure you that all votes made in this online election will be kept strictly confidential, all personnels, including the election committee and proposed executive committee, would not be able to get access to what you have voted in any means. Please be assured to participate in the online election in an anonymous and safe fashion. If you feel uncomfortable with this anonymous voting arrangement on ADoodle, please contact us at [email protected] before 9am on 8 March 2020 so that we can make special arrangement for you to vote.

The election for NRA executive committee this year consists of two parts, the voting sessions already done in January, and the online election going to be held. The results will be obtained by considering both the votes received in January and the votes from online voting. Arrangements for vote counting will be announced shortly. We would like to encourage every one of our members to participate in the online voting, so as to voice out your opinion regarding the proposed executive committee running in the election. 我們正以走讀生會的名義，為院務委員會招募學生代表，希望能夠為走讀生同學發聲的你，歡迎申請作為下列工作委員會的學生代表，包括：

膳食委員會：一名
才德培育及書院生活委員會：兩名
校園環境委員會：一名
學生宿舍委員會：兩名

本年度學生代表的任期由二零二零年二月十四日開始至二零二一年一月三十一日。若果申請人數多於該工作委員會所需，我們將會進行遴選以決定學生代表人選。書院期望有更多同學參與不同的院政事務，是以每位同學只可成為一個工作委員會的學生代表，除非他／她是該工作委員會的唯一申請人並自動成為學生代表人選。

學生代表的職責包括：
1. 收集同學的意見和建議，並向院方反映
2. 會議後向書院學生報告工作委員會會議事項
3. 定期向走讀生會幹事會報告工作委員會會議事項

We are now recruiting student representative to join the following committees on behalf of Non-residents Association:

Catering Services Committee: 1 seat
Personal Growth and College Life Committee: 2 seats
Campus Environment Committee: 1 seat
Student Hostel Committee: 2 seats

The term of office of student representatives is from 14th February 2019 to 31st January 2020. If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, a selection will be held. Because the college would like more students to participate in different college matters, every student can only join 1 committee, unless he / she is the sole applicant of other committees.

Duties of student representatives:
1. Collect and reflect opinion and suggestion from students to the college.
2. Report matters discussed in the committee to the students after every meeting.
3. Report matters discussed in the committee to the Executive Committee of WYS NRA regularly.
