於一月三十日的電郵，走讀生會決定押後本會幹事會換屆選舉原定於一月三十一日（星期五）的所有投票時段。考慮到復課無期，而為了盡快恢復會務運作，本會決定改用網上投票取代本會幹事會選舉原定於一月三十一日（星期五）的投票時段，詳情如下：
投票期：三月八日（星期日）正午十二時正至三月九日（星期一）晚上十一時五十九分
合資格投票同學：所有未曾於二零二零年的走讀生會幹事會選舉（即一月二十一日至一月二十三日的投票時段）投票，而於二零二零年一月十七日當天為本會會員的同學（即非宿生的伍宜孫書院全日制學生，已申請為特別會員除外）。即宿生及已投票的走讀生並不能參與此次網上投票。
投票方式：以ADoodle進行不記名投票，投票連結將於三月八日上午九時由[email protected]以電郵發送予閣下之cu link電郵信箱，如果收不到電郵，請檢查你的垃圾郵件信箱，如未能再到該電郵，請以[email protected]聯絡本會。
因技術問題，本會未能尋獲更佳的不記名網上投票系統，屆時，所有合資格投票的會員將能夠於附帶投票連結的電郵看到其他合資格投票會員的cu link電郵地址，此電郵為Adoodle系統自動發出，而本會沒有任何方法修改電郵的內容，不便之處，敬請原諒！唯本會在此確保所有於此平台的投票將以不記名的方式進行，任何會員（包括本會選舉委員會或候選幹事會成員）都不可能以任何形式得知閣下於是次網上投票的投票意向（詳情可參閱ADoodle.org上有關不記名投票系統運作的解釋），請各位會員放心參與是次投票！如閣下不希望讓其他合資格投票的會員看到你的電郵或對此不記名的投票形式有疑問，請於二零二零年三月八日上午九時前聯絡本會（[email protected]），以便為你做出特別安排，使用其他投票方式。
本會今年度的換屆選舉將由已完成的實體投票以及將舉行的網上投票組成，結果將由實體選票加上網上選票而成，而點票安排好將於稍後公佈。在此，本會鼓勵會員積極投票，以選票表達對本會候選幹事會的意見。如有任何有關是次選舉的疑問，亦歡迎以[email protected]聯絡本會。

Dear members of the Non-residents Association, WYSCSU, CUHK
As stated in the email dated 30 January, the Non-residents Association (NRA) has decided to delay the voting session for NRA executive committee election originally scheduled on 31 January (Friday). Considering the uncertainty of class resumption date and the current situation of NRA that the executive committee is idle, the NRA has decided to replace the voting session on 31 January by online voting, details are as follows:
Voting period: 8 March (Sun) 12:00 to 9 March (Mon) 23:59
Eligibility: members of NRA as of 17 January (i.e. WYS full-time students who are not hostel residents on 17 Jan, except special members) who had not voted in the the NRA executive committee election in 2020 (i.e. voting sessions on 21 Jan to 23 Jan)
Method: Online voting will be carried out on ADoodle.org, link to voting platform will be provided to your cu link mailbox through email by [email protected] at 9am on 8 March, if you could not find the email, please first check your junk mail mailbox, if still cannot find the email, please contact us by [email protected]
Due to technical difficulties, we were not able to find an anonymous online voting system better than ADoodle. As preset in the system of ADoodle, all eligible voters of NRA will be able to see the cu link email account of every other eligible voters in the email with the link to the voting platform, which is autogenerated by the ADoodle system. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. However, we would like to reassure you that all votes made in this online election will be kept strictly confidential, all personnels, including the election committee and proposed executive committee, would not be able to get access to what you have voted in any means. Please be assured to participate in the online election in an anonymous and safe fashion. If you feel uncomfortable with this anonymous voting arrangement on ADoodle, please contact us at [email protected] before 9am on 8 March 2020 so that we can make special arrangement for you to vote.
The election for NRA executive committee this year consists of two parts, the voting sessions already done in January, and the online election going to be held. The results will be obtained by considering both the votes received in January and the votes from online voting. Arrangements for vote counting will be announced shortly. We would like to encourage every one of our members to participate in the online voting, so as to voice out your opinion regarding the proposed executive committee running in the election.
