成功完成課程之後，除了可獲頒發由恒大企管發展中心與國際爭議解決及專業談判研究院聯同發出之「職場調解員培訓證書」外，學員亦可報考國際爭議解決及風險管理協會的職場調解員認證評核，通過評核後可申請成為「認可職場調解員」，有機會委任處理不同機構的內部職場爭議。

如果學員有志投身調解員行列，更可以報讀一個27小時的銜接課程，獲取《國際》認可的調解員資格，較坊間一般本地資格更勝一籌。
