美國公布最新飲食指南,強調「健康始於餐盤,而非藥櫃」。🩺🥗
新的《美國飲食指南》以倒金字塔方式呈現:最上方的是蛋白質、蔬菜水果、乳製品與健康脂肪;下方則為全穀類。
指南呼籲大家吃「真正的食物」,避免進食超加工、精製澱粉及添加糖食品。🍩❌

日常實踐的小建議🌱
• 每天至少 3 份蔬菜與 2 份水果,顏色越多樣越好。🥦🍅🍊
• 每餐有一份優質蛋白質(如蛋、魚、豆類、禽肉),並搭配健康脂肪(如堅果、種子、橄欖油或牛油果)。🍳🐟🥑
• 主食以全穀物取代精製澱粉,例如以糙米、燕麥取代白飯、白麵包。🌾

唔想淨係用橄欖油煮西餐?不如試下呢個橄欖油版嘅蔥油雞絲青瓜拌麵啦!🍜
✅材料步驟簡單,零失敗
✅橄欖油代替普通植物油,營養更高更抗發炎🔥
(1-2人份) 烹調時間:~30分鐘

🔴材料
蔥 1紮
乾蔥 2粒
雞髀肉 1件 250g 或雞胸肉
青瓜 ¼ 條
非油炸上海面 85 g (¼包)
純橄欖油 大半碗/15湯匙
花生/腰果幾粒
蒜蓉 1湯匙

🟠醬汁:
糖 1茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
蠔油 1湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
熱水 1湯匙

🟡醃料:
鹽 少量

今次因為係低溫油炸,所以用左煙點較高嘅純橄欖油,記得按煮食方法揀返適當嘅橄欖油!(可以睇返之前有關選購橄欖油嘅post!)
小貼士:如果想再增加膳食纖維,可以選擇高蕎麥粉嘅蕎麥麵或淮山麵代替上海麵,升糖指數更低,令血糖更加穩定😉
