Secret Spots~實習生很重要 Secret Tour 創立兩年半來，聘請過9位實習生，在4位已經大學畢業的實習生當中，有兩位成為我們的全職員工；另一位則成立了一間寫程式及網站的公司，成為公司工作上的長期拍檔。對我們來說，實習生很重要。 蚊型公司請人的預算不高，很多時會聘請較年輕的朋友，甚至是剛畢業的新鮮人。但廣告行業沒有筆試口試，又不太看重學歷，在學作品又大多是團隊創作，因此，大多只能憑面試對答去了解一位求職者。我不是一位睇人好準的人，短短的面試，實在談不上認識，更遑論判斷他是否適合公司。「日久見人心」，一杯咖啡看不到的，兩個月的實習會看得清清楚楚。 實習生很重要，因為每一位都可能成為我們千挑萬選也找不到的瑰寶。我們絕對不…
