Stress Release Event For Exam

To kick off our exam support initiatives, GSS successfully hosted a two-day Stress Release Event aimed at boosting student morale just before exams being. We distributed fresh, brain-boosting bananas and handed out our exclusive Ti-I Support Keychains to serve as lucky charms for everyone's backpacks. A major highlight was our community board, where students came together to write heartfelt messages, leaving behind a wall of mutual encouragement and positive energy to power our campus through the study season.

In addition to our kickoff event, GSS opened Chill Zone that remained available to students throughout the entire exam period as a quiet sanctuary for mental relaxation. It served as the perfect campus retreat for students to take a well-deserved breathing room, reset their focus, and recharge their mental batteries.

F.4 M+ guided tour visit - Inner Worlds

Our F.4 VA students visited M+ on May 28th for a guided tour focused on 'Inner Worlds,' which offered them a valuable opportunity to explore ideas and themes closely connected to contemporary Chinese art. During the visit, students learned how artists express culture, identity, and different perspectives through modern artworks. The guided tour helped them deepen their understanding of the art concepts taught in class and encouraged them to think more creatively about artistic techniques and meaning.

中華文化周·茶藝工作坊

茶香裊裊，笑語盈盈。2026年5月6日，普通話科與中文科誠邀專業茶藝機構到校，為中四及中五同學各呈獻一場融合講座、表演與互動於一爐的課間工作坊。活動當日，同學們親身體驗長嘴壺的揮灑之姿，並於「觀茶、品、聞香」三種猜茶遊戲中細味茶趣，既得悠然之樂，亦悄然浸潤於源遠流長的茶文化與飲茶禮儀之中。全場反應熱烈，一室茶香縈繞，共度一節別開生面、餘韻悠長的課堂。

Did you know that there was a Rock Concert at JCTIC? It was called Rock On and it was held last month in the English Center with 4 bands from around Hong Kong packing out the room and a crowd of over 115 students having a wonderful night experiencing a Rock Band Club event. Our home band, The Scarlett Sirens, were joined by 3 other bands -- two from Hong Kong and one from Shenzhen. Watch this episode to learn all about it.

本年度「普通話好聲音」歌唱比賽共吸引八組同學組團參賽，現場觀眾反應熱烈，氣氛高漲。活動不僅讓參賽同學展現個人才能，更藉由歌唱形式營造自然的普通話語境，使語言學習融入輕鬆愉快的比賽氛圍之中。此外，活動還特別邀請外籍英文老師以普通話獻唱，藉此鼓勵同學們持續學習普通話。

中華文化周・攤位活動

2026年4月27日至5月8日，一年一度中華文化周圓滿落幕。期間最受矚目的，莫過於午間時段的傳統手工藝攤位，師生共赴一場文化雅集。同儕們親身體驗麵塑之巧、竹編之韌、壓花之靜及漂漆之幻，於指掌流轉間，感知傳統技藝的匠心與溫度。本系列活動旨在以趣導學，盼能於潛移默化中，點燃同學對中國文化與語文學習的熱情，厚植人文素養。
