Remember, the application to be a grade representative is due tomorrow after school. If you are interested, please turn in a hard copy with answered questions and a teacher signature to Mrs. Silvas or Mrs. Taylor.

Here are the three questions:

3. Give two practical suggestions for improving student council.

The upcoming Spirit Day is "Fancy Dress-Up Day" and is on Thursday, May 10th. Students can wear fancy attire/formal wear (girls: skirts and dresses, boys: suits, polos, button up shirt), similar to business casual attire. Students must wear 2 Major items, and for this spirit day, these major items must be "fancy" and somewhat formal and be distinctly different from normal day wear. These clothing items must be visible at all times during the day and cannot be covered by other non-Spirit day related garments.
Rundown of the Guidelines:
Date: May 10th, 2018 (Thursday)
- Business Casual/Formal attire, has to be distinctly different than everyday wear
- Examples (girls: skirts, dresses, flats - boys: suit, polo, button-ups, pants, dress shoes)
- 2 Major Visible items (not covered by unrelated outer garments), must be on the whole day

Major items include: jackets, shirts, skirts, appropriate shorts, dresses (counts as two), shoes
