Comment “BRAZIL” for the recipe.
In 20 minutes, you can have it in your oven.
I can’t believe it, but in a few days I’m travelling to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
I got to know Brazilian cheese bread through my Brazilian friend 11 years ago, when I was living in Singapore.
It is such a delicious snack that’s hard to describe in words: crunchy, chewy, and before you fully understand what you just ate, you swallow it and your mouth asks for more.
So here you have it: a super simple, easy and delicious recipe.
Since then, I moved to Hong Kong and she moved back to Brazil, and in a few days we will reunite and celebrate our friendship and life.

Comment “cake” for the recipe.
You know when you try a new recipe, it turns out delicious, you make it again, maybe twice, and then move on to other recipes?
And then there are the ones that become a part of your life, the ones you make again and again.
For me, this is that cake.
It is so easy to make, it is delicious, and everyone loves it, kids, adults, literally everyone.
It is perfect for everyday baking and when you have guests. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top for a festive touch, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a couple of strawberries, and you have the perfect dessert.
It is also perfect with your afternoon coffee or your morning cup. In short, you know what I mean. A truly joyful cake.
Comment ”CHALLA” for the recipe.
Friday is here, and it’s challah time.
There’s something about baking challah that naturally slows me down, it’s like a little meditation, a quiet rhythm that helps me ease into the weekend.
As the dough rises, so does that calm feeling of slowing down and preparing for the peaceful moments ahead.
On weekends, I try to do things I don’t usually make time for during the week, spending more time in nature, going to the beach, being with friends and family, and staying away from the noise and rush of the city.
Wishing everyone a peaceful and relaxing weekend.

It’s easy to get addicted to these crackers, first because of their incredible crunch, but especially because they’re healthy and gluten free.
They’re perfect for anyone looking for a wholesome snack in the middle of the day, or if you’re hosting and want to treat your guests to a beautiful cheese board, these crackers fit right in.
Make them and let me know if you loved them.
Comment “BUTTER” for the recipe.
This dough is so tasty, easy to make, and soft to work with.
It’s super versatile — perfect for all kinds of cookies.
Here I made two versions: jam-filled cookies and Nutella rolls.
With a little creativity, you can make so many fun variations.
Tag me when you bake it and tell me which filling you loved the most.

A few weeks ago, my dear friend got married , and I was deeply touched when she asked me to bake their wedding cake.
I usually bake cakes - but not for weddings or big events - so this one felt extra special.
When we talked about what kind of cake she wanted, the one thing she cared about most was that it should be a cake made with love ❤️
Thank you, Natalie and Obina, for trusting me.
You truly touched my heart by giving me the chance to create something meaningful and celebrate this beautiful moment with you.
I’ve always believed that food carries emotions - and when you bake with love, people can taste it.

Every year I truly enjoy celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival a holiday all about family, the full moon, and of course, mooncakes.
What I love most, beyond the beautiful lanterns and lights, is that it marks the heart of autumn, when the temperatures (and the humidity!) finally start to drop.
Wishing everyone a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival.

Once, I worked in the beauty industry, and I remember the moment when a client looked at herself in the mirror a light would shine in her eyes.
There’s no way to describe how rewarding it felt knowing I gave her that gift.
Today, with baking, I feel that same reward.
During a workshop, there are always questions, moments of doubt, and things that aren’t fully clear.
But as we move step by step, understanding starts to sink in. And at the end, when the pastries come out of the oven and participants see what they’ve learned and created - that same light shines in their eyes, along with the biggest smile.
I love giving this gift so much.
It’s the reason I love what I do.
Because I’m not just teaching baking - I’m giving confidence, a new hobby, a life skill, or even just a memorable experience.
One thing is certain: it’s so much more than a baking workshop.
