The Representative Council has resolved to demand the Judiciary Committee to convey the Annual General Assembly (AGA). Due to the absence of the Executive Council, The Constitution designates the 5th Judiciary Committee to appoint officials for the AGA.

We hereby announce the following decisions.

1. The Committee appoints Mr. Wai-Lam CHAN (SOCI/1) to act as the Chairperson of the AGA.

2. The Committee appoints Miss Cheuk-Yee TO (COMM/5) to act as the Secretary of the AGA.
