🦐The Tasting Stream (UROP1000) is only offered in the Summer. Students who successfully apply and enroll in a UROP1000 course may be offered a stipend up to HK$6,000 (at your supervisor’s discretion).

Many thanks to everyone who joined the UROP Info Session and 2026 Kerry Holdings Limited Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program Award Presentation Ceremony on April 17🥳 We were thrilled to announce the Awards in the presence of our esteemed guests, Provost Prof. GUO Yike; Prof. Tim Kwang Ting CHENG, Vice-President for Research and Development; Mr. Steven HO, Senior Advisor of Kerry Properties Limited, as well as over 90 HKUST faculty, staff and students together with representatives from Kerry Holdings.

The top 3 awardees are as follows:
➡️Champion: XU Ziyi (Year 4 / ISD), supervised by Prof. SHAO Qijia (ISD)
➡️First Runner-Up: FEI Yang (Year 4 / COSC & MATH), supervised by Prof. CHEN Qifeng (CSE)
