第三十四屆香港城市大學學生會城市廣播現招募城大同學成為城市廣播委員。想拍片、影相、出設、做新聞、做電台，或者有任何特異功能嘅同學，都可以加入我哋，喺呢個平台一展所長！

We look for capable undergraduate students, preferably interested and skilled in photography, cinematography, art and design, news reporting as well as radio broadcasting (or tell us if you have a unique talent!). 【虹霓上任宣言 Neon’s pledge】

「虹霓」於19年1月1日正式上任，我們感謝各位基本會員履行投票責任，你們的每一票都彰顯了民主精神。我們亦感謝上屆城市廣播「嗚鏡」，在他們的協助下，兩屆內閣得以順利交接。

來年我們將繼續為城大人提供各類新聞資訊與小品娛樂，並繼續捍衛學生權益。我們亦希望於來年提升同學對校政的關注，少至飯堂使用情況、大至宿政與共產黨的滲透，旨在令同學從身邊的事物出發，關心社會大事。我們亦會繼續謹守新聞原則及作為中央組織的責任，議事論事、呈現真相。同時，實踐「虹霓」的理念，宣揚香港僅有的藝術與文化。

祝各位城大學生有一個愉快的假期！

第三十四屆香港城市大學學生會城市廣播內閣虹霓

It has come to the new start of another year. In 2019, our cabinet takes over as the official City Broadcasting Channel of the 34th CityUSU. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all full members for their votes. Also thanks to the former cabinet Clarion’s assistance, there has been a smooth transition.

In the forthcoming academic year, we will continue to deliver to all CityU students accurate news information and multimedia productions, and will safeguard our students’ interests. In particular we hope to arouse attention as to campus affairs, including but not limited to canteen services, residential halls’ administration issues and even the all-pervasive pro-Beijing influence. We are of course committed to raising our fellow students’ sense of belonging as a responsible university student and also as a citizen, in order to become future pillars of our city. Neon will live by our professional journalistic principles to fulfill our promises as a central body of the Students’ Union. It is Neon’s vision to reveal truthful happenings for justice, and at the same time expand room for local art and cultures.

【虹霓當選感言】

第三十四屆香港城市大學學生會城市廣播選舉點票完成。是次選舉投票率高於法定所需之10%，當中信任票數多於不信任票數，故此城市廣播候選內閣「虹霓」將成為來年第三十四屆香港城市大學學生會城市廣播候任內閣。

點票結果如下：

全體基本會員人數：17,659
法定所需票數：1,766

投票人數：1,958
投票率：11.02%
有效票數：1,947

信任：1787票｜不信任：48票｜棄權：51票
廢票：61票｜廢紙：11票

候任會長王樂行發表當選感言，全文如下：

「幾經艱辛，我哋暫時成為咗城市廣播嘅候任內閣。我哋好想多謝大選委員會、一眾莊員同埋所有有幫過我哋手拉票嘅同學。我哋亦感謝編委（候任編輯委員會）喺宣傳期間同我哋共同進退、守護城大，希望未來繼續維持友善而且互相監察嘅關係。

最重要都係多謝不論喺選舉入面投下信任、不信任、棄權票嘅基本會員，你哋每一票都好重要，亦令我哋反思自己嘅不足。

我哋承諾上任後會繼續關注校政宿政，捍衛同學權益，亦希望同學更加關注身邊發生嘅事件，唔好覺得事不關己、唔好覺得自己嘅聲音係唔重要、唔好覺得自己唔能夠帶來改變。因為只有城大人上下團結嘅時侯，至能夠捍衛到自己嘅權益。

我哋希望喺未來積極跟進校內大小事嘅同時，亦能夠感召到更多同學敢為自己發聲，多謝大家。」
