🌱 CECES – Council of Early Childhood Education and Services
Established for over 40 years, CECES has been accompanying Hong Kong families and is dedicated to advancing early childhood education, family support, and community care services. CECES regularly organizes a wide range of initiatives, including multiple intelligence programs, teacher training, parent-child workshops, seminars, surveys, and Merry Go Shop by CECES, benefiting over 200,000 families each year. With long-term support from government departments and corporate partners, CECES has implemented many forward-looking and impactful education and community programs.
📌 Key initiatives include:
• The “Integrated English Language Program (IELP)”, sponsored by the Education Bureau in 1999, pioneering English education in Hong Kong
• “I Will Become a Tree Doctor”, a kindergarten education program jointly organized with the Development Bureau
• “Establishing Hygiene, Health and Safety Systems in Pre-Schools”, funded by the Quality Education Fund
• “Children’s Sleep Improvement and Ambassador Training Program”, subsidized by the Health Care Promotion Foundation
Since 2014, CECES has organized community programs under the theme “Love．Activity”, supporting children from low-income families across Hong Kong and injecting care and positive energy into families and society. CECES’s contributions to the education sector have been widely recognized, including receiving the “Touching CSR Award 2013”.

In 2024, CECES launched the Nurture Our Future Campaign, a long-term initiative that reflects our commitment to building a healthier, safer, and more caring environment for children and families. Guided by the Triple Zero Vision — Zero Bullying, Zero Su***de, and Zero Abuse — the campaign promotes children’s holistic development, emotional well-being, positive family relationships, and sustainable living through education, community engagement, and public awareness.
