A gourmet tour from north to south of Italy under one roof. Congratulations and team on the great success and thank you for bringing all the great ingredients and the makers to Hong Kong.
It's great to meet the makers and learn how much care and love they put to their products.
Learnt a few tricks too from the demo sessions by and Nonna Angela (who started to make pasta from 5 years old and is now 91) - what's a better way to spend the weekend?

Bought. The pink pineapple.
Tasted just like a regular, sweet pineapple (I won't exaggerate).
Does it worth HK$100? Yes for education - satisfied my curiosity and justified to share it with the F&B team.
Will I buy it again? Probably not at this price range 😛

Adela's raisin infused mocktails are very interesting. A refreshing take on California raisins!
