ICE 🧊 bath 可減少運動後嘅肌肉酸痛同炎症,透過收縮血管同減少代謝活動,幫助減輕肌肉疲勞同微損傷(DOMS)。研究顯示,10-15°C嘅冷水浸浴對運動後恢復特別有效。
