Two students, Xu Ziwei and Wen Yixin, also delivered breathtaking vocal performances, which marked a memorable conclusion to our students' master's journey! 【數碼港·大學合作夥伴計劃2026創業訓練營】

✨都大兩支學生隊伍Common Cents 和Gendetect成功入選數碼港·大學合作夥伴計劃 （CUPP）2026 20強❗兩隊現正於英國倫敦政治經濟學院（LSE）參與創業訓練營🚀，透過實地企業參觀、工作坊，以及與業界專家交流，同學深入探索人工智能、區塊鏈、網絡安全及數據科學等科技的最新發展💡，同時了解海外創投基金運作與國際創業趨勢，拓展國際視野。🌏

完成訓練後，同學將於8月下旬進行簡報，介紹他們的創業項目，角逐最後十強，爭取數碼港創意微型基金10 萬港元的種子資金。🌱 💪

CUPP 2026 Entrepreneurship Bootcamp

✨Two HKMU student teams Common Cents and Gendetect are selected for the Top 20 of the Cyberport University Partnership Programme (CUPP) 2026 ❗ Both teams are currently in the UK attending an Entrepreneurship Bootcamp 🚀 at the London School of Economics and Politcal Science (LSE). Through company visits, hands-on workshop, and networking with industry experts, our students are diving into cutting-edge technologies, including AI, blockchain, cybersecurity, and data science. 💡 They are also gaining valuable insights into global venture capital operations and international startup trends to broaden their global perspectives. 🌏

Following the bootcamp, the teams will deliver their pitch in late August to present their entrepreneurial project, aiming for a spot in the Top 10 to secure a seed fund of HK$100,000 from the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund. 🌱 💪

你有沒有想過，當人類創意遇上人工智能，能夠創造出怎樣的未來？

由港雋動力青年協會聯合魔豆集團主辦，並獲香港都會大學李兆基商業管理學院及京東科技支持的「AIGC國際大賽2026」現正接受報名！

大學公開組以 「人 × AI創造力」 為主題，鼓勵同學運用AIGC技術，結合創意思維、商業洞察與社會關懷，探索人工智能在內容創作及現實場景中的更多可能。

總決賽將於香港都會大學舉行，讓參賽者展示創意成果，累積提案與實戰經驗。

🎉Celebrating the 10th anniversary of partnership between HKMU and UEA

✨ This year marks the 10th anniversary of the flagship partnership between HKMU and the University of East Anglia (UEA) in the UK.

Since 2016, our two-week study tour to UEA has enriched over 1,000 students with transformative global exposure.✈️ It has now been a core part of our Global Immersion Programme, designed to provide every student with a comprehensive global experience before graduation. 🌏

🎉 To celebrate a decade of collaboration, a hybrid celebration ceremony was held. Students and faculty members from HKMU and UEA connected live to share their inspiring global experiences from both sides of the globe.

🌟A highlight of the event was the agreement signing between Prof. Matthew Lee, Acting Dean of the School, and Prof. Amir Sharif, Head of Norwich Business School, reaffirming our continuing partnership. 🤝

🌟ACCA Celebration Reception cm Awards Presentation 2026

商學院會計學榮譽工商管理學士校友潘聲源先生，於今年三月舉行的特許公認會計師公會（ACCA） 專業考試中表現卓越，榮獲「高級稅務」考卷Top Score Paper獎項。✨

潘校友早前獲邀出席慶祝酒會暨頒獎典禮，接受此項殊榮。

We are thrilled to share that our alumnus of BBA (Hons) in Accounting, Mr Pun Sing Yuen, was awarded the Top Score Paper in Advanced Taxation in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Exam in March this year. ✨

Mr Pun was invited to attend the Celebration Reception cm Award Presentation earlier to receive the remarkable honour.

✨商學院高級講師石宇塵博士（Dr Adam Shi）早前獲邀出席上海電競論壇，並擔任主題演講嘉賓，分享「Esports Beyond the Screen」。💡石博士從觀眾福祉、青年文化、性別平等及電競從業者發展等角度，帶領學生重新理解電競產業的多元可能，展現都大在運動及電競管理研究、應用型教育及知識轉移方面的專業影響力。

HKMU Business School Senior Lecturer attends esports forum in Shanghai, broadening young people’s understanding of the esports industry

✨Dr Adam Shi, Senior Lecturer at the School, was invited as a keynote speaker at an esports forum in Shanghai. 💡In his talk, “Esports Beyond the Screen”, Dr Shi explored esports from the perspectives of audience well-being, youth culture, gender equality, and practitioner development, highlighting HKMU’s contribution to esports education, applied research, and knowledge transfer.

🌿MU Business School partners with B Corps to offer internship opportunities for Global Business students

✨ Sponsored by Bequitas Foundation, the School has collaborated with Education for Good and several certified B Corporations (B Corps) to provide diverse internship opportunities 💼. The Pre-Programme Training Day was successfully held earlier.

✨ A total of nine students were selected to participate in this initiative and will have internships at partner organisations spanning various sectors, including Baba Yaga Consultancy, Beigehill Asset Management, BD8 Ecoplastics Ltd, Concept 4 Ltd, Education For Good, Tsunami Sport, and Urban Spring.

🎈派對的另一高潮當然少不了大抽獎環節，送出多份人氣豐富獎品🎁。同學除了收到精美紀念品，還印製了📰「報紙風格即影即有」相片，大家都滿載而歸、盡興而返！

✨As our graduates are about to embark on a new chapter in life, the School threw the Graduation Party last week🥳. We were thrilled to have 🌟artists Kiri T, On Chan, and Lester Lam join us, bringing an extra dose of fun to the evening. They had a blast interacting with students, bringing the room’s energy to its absolute peak.🤩

🎈Another highlight of the night was definitely the Lucky Draw, featuring a variety of popular prizes🎁. In addition to the exclusive souvenirs, students also got to print their very own 📰 ‘newspaper-style instant photo’. Everyone walked away with full hands and great memories!
