🎊🎊🎊Double Your Impact: Support CSK Campus Facilities Upgrade🎊🎊🎊

Dear Old Boys,

On behalf of Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) College, the Old Boys’ Association (CSKOBA) is reaching out to invite you to support a critical fundraising initiative for our alma mater’s immediate development.

With the rapid deployment of e-learning and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device), the campus’s current wireless network equipment is no longer sufficient for daily classroom needs. To address this, the school plans to upgrade its facilities in phases, beginning immediately with a complete overhaul of the campus network.

During a recent campus visit, our esteemed alumnus Dr. Felix Yip Chi Ming learned of our Alma Mater’s urgent infrastructure needs and generously proposed a “Matching Fund” to encourage collective alumni support. Every dollar you contribute to this initiative will be matched dollar-for-dollar by Dr. Yip, effectively doubling the impact of your generosity.

🎉Celebrating Alumni Excellence: Dr. Felix Yip Chi Ming (1972) Elected President of the Medical Board of California🎉

Huge congratulations to our old boy, Dr. Felix Yip Chi Ming (1972) on being elected President of the Medical Board of California!

The Medical Board of California is the state government agency responsible for licensing, regulating, and disciplining physicians and surgeons, serving as California’s consumer protection authority for healthcare. While most board members are appointed by the Governor, Dr. Yip was elected by the board members to serve as their President, a true testament to his leadership and professionalism.

In his medical practice, Dr. Yip has run his own successful urology practice since 1987 and serves as a Clinical Professor of Urology at both USC and UC Irvine. He holds an M.D. and a BS in Molecular Biology from the University of Wisconsin, alongside an MBA in Healthcare Management from UC Irvine.

Closer to home, Dr. Yip holds a deeply special place as our Alma Mater’s most generous alumnus benefactor. His generous donations have fuelled our Alma Mater’s continuous development, most notable of which was the recent renovation of our school library. His unwavering commitment and contributions leave an indelible impact on our students’ learning environment and daily lives.

🎊 恭喜周師兄獲獎！🎊

周啟明醫生是CSK 1988年中五畢業生，當年我校首位八優狀元，於中六離開母校進入中大醫學系。畢業後從醫，一直關心退休老師健康狀況，包括在疫情期間，幫忙在醫院照顧 Mr O’Brien。

Proud Moment for CSK: Dr CHOW Kai Ming, Our Esteemed Old Boy, Recipient of the Outstanding Staff Award 2026

We are proud to announce that Dr CHOW Kai Ming, a distinguished graduate of Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) College, has been honoured with the Outstanding Staff Award 2026 by the Hospital Authority.

Dr Chow currently serves as Chief of Service / Consultant (Medicine and Therapeutics) at Prince of Wales Hospital under the New Territories East Cluster. This prestigious award recognises his exemplary leadership, professional excellence, and unwavering dedication to patient care and medical service.

The Outstanding Staff Award is presented to individuals who demonstrate outstanding performance, commitment, and contributions to healthcare. His story shows us the extra mile he walks, as a public hospital doctor for 30 years, for each and every of his patients, as well as his colleagues.

Cheers for CSK and our students for their hardwork and achievements in sports arena!

上午10時大殮彌撒
上午11時出殯
前往柴灣哥連臣角火化場進行火化禮。

禮成完畢後備有聚餐招待各親友

代轉發康寶泉老師懷念剛離去之前副校長羅中權老師之悼念文：

各位曾經或現在都對陳瑞祺(喇沙)有感情的朋友：

我是康寶泉。經過兩天的傷痛，冷靜，思考，我覺得有需要為我認識了超過五十多年的摯友寫一些心中話，好讓大家更清楚了解羅中權老師的為人。 他的離去，使我覺得生死有時，因為他診治的學生醫生告訴我本來下星期二會為他做手術的。他在没痛苦下安然逝去都算是一種福氣！

羅中權老師是嚴師、益友，是慈父、愛妻。為朋友兩脇插刀，為學校盡心盡力。為學生傾囊相授。他為人硬直，好辯真理。他好學。多才多藝。木工非常好，家居家俬都盡量自己做。退休後還醉心中國文化研究，書法甚佳，還時常和我談論詩學。他喜愛運動，網球，草地滾球都甚喜愛。橋牌更是高手。

羅老師是我校開校老師之一。他是中文大學祟基畢業生。他為人不計較，學校很多制度，學會都參與。例如電腦的引入，他居功至偉。全校老師的課堂分配，他都有份策劃。

他的好學精神更值得敬佩。七十年代他離開陳瑞祺兩年，去了英國晉修，然後回校，把所學貢獻學校。在校的會議中，敢於和學校高層，認真討論。

這幾年，劉聲老師、Mr. O’Brien、 李秀鏞老師相繼離去，真真刺痛了我們的心，但你們亦是永遠留在我心中。

羅副校長，雖然你離開了我們，願你活在另一個無憂的世界。
