Assembly Concert

Earlier this week, our musicians from the Music Union presented a wonderful Assembly Concert, showcasing the diverse musical talents of our students.

Performing teams include Intermediate Choir, Senior Choir, Erhu Ensemble, Brass Ensemble and Woodwind Quintet.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and showed their support. Let’s continue to make and share great music together!

Inter-house Music Competition 2026

Last Friday, we were delighted to host the Inter-house Music Competition once again in the Noble Hall! Building on the success of previous years, this year’s event featured two categories: Instrumental Music and Vocal Music.

Musicians from each house amazed us with their talent, creativity, and teamwork, delivering performances that truly brought the hall to life. This year, we were also pleased to introduce a special award: Outstanding Performer.

A heartfelt thank you to our adjudicators, Principal Dion Chen and Old Boy Jayson Chan, for lending their expertise and support.

前天，本校中樂團再次到小學部舉行中樂分享會，與師弟們一同交流和體驗中樂的樂趣，推廣中華文化。

活動包括樂器介紹、演奏示範和互動問答等環節，師弟們都積極參與，現場氣氛輕鬆愉快，大家都享受當中的學習和交流。

希望藉着這次活動，讓師弟們對中樂和中華文化有更多認識和興趣，將這份傳統繼續延續下去！

Come to the Noble Hall on 15th May (Friday) at 12:45pm and enjoy a fantastic lunchtime of music with performances from talented musicians across all houses.

Bring your friends and show your support for your fellow students as they compete in both instrumental and vocal categories. Your cheers and encouragement mean the world to the performers!

上星期，合唱團有幸參與本校前任副校長、中文科主任陳耀南教授的感恩追思會，用歌聲向這位文學、歷史及教育界的前輩致以最後的敬意。

陳教授在英華任教期間，不僅積極推動中華文化教育，更大力推廣中國音樂的學習，籌辦各類樂器訓練，並創建英華書院國樂團，對本校音樂教育貢獻良多，恩澤永存。
感謝陳教授的無私奉獻，薪火相傳，深深影響著一代又一代英華仔。

他的榜樣永存在我們心中。
