IT Project Coordinator / Project Officer

Job Responsibilities

Communicate with customers to analyze functional and nonfunctional requirements;
Prepare system documentation including functional specification and system testing;
Conduct analysis of the existing systems and availability of solutions and technologies in the market;
Perform Quality Assurance and provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production support of the application
Work closely with Design Team and software development team for project implementation & deliver

Job Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information system or related discipline
Knowledge of UI Design or Software Development is preferred
2 year relevant experience in IT project management, coordination, or administration
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of project lifecycle and hands-on experience in direct interaction with end-users
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Fresh graduates will also be considered
