Disciples Escoffier Int'l Asia-Pacific is a non-profit association dedicated to culinary arts & transmission of knowledge.

Disciples Escoffier International was created in France, on April 21st, 1954 in Nice by Jean Ducroux, head chef in the city, a former student of Auguste Escoffier. The Association then developed throughout France and abroad. Today, the Association counts more than 30.000 Disciples in the world who are present in 30 countries. Meet Katrina Isabel Torres — one of the talented chefs representing the Philippines in the Disciples Escoffier Asia Pacific family!

Katrina brings heart and creativity to the table with her stunning dish - Filets de Bisugo, Confiture de Tomates et Tutong — a beautiful blend of classic French technique and bold Filipino flavors. 🇵🇭✨
And when asked about her inspiration, Katrina shares it beautifully : “Chef Auguste Escoffier and Chef Joel Robuchon. Both of them are my role model because I like the foundation of their French Cuisine but interpreted in different ways. Their teachings is one of a kind.” 🤍
