🌊 Grade 2 Adventures in Tai O! 🍡🐉

Last Thursday, our young explorers dived into local culture — mastering mochi-making, joining the lively Land Dragon Boat tradition, and even paddling on the water (perfect timing for Dragon Boat Festival!).

☔ A little rain couldn’t dampen their spirits! True to their “Mercy Watson” vocabulary, they decided the day was a rather delightful bit of folly! 💛

After so much excitement (and a few sleepy heads on the ride home 🚌💤), we hope everyone enjoyed a cozy evening.

Last Friday, we proudly celebrated our amazing 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 at their Graduation Ceremony — and it was filled with joy, smiles, and so much pride! 💛

Our young scholars marked a huge milestone as they completed their preparatory journey, cheered on by their proud parents and teachers. The excitement in the room was contagious — you could see the happiness shining on everyone’s faces! 🌟

🎶🤩 The graduates absolutely stole the spotlight with their wonderful performances! From singing and dancing to showing off their creativity and confidence, they truly made us all proud. It’s incredible to see how much they’ve grown during their time in the program.

We couldn’t be prouder of each and every graduate — you’ve worked hard, achieved so much, and built a strong foundation for all the amazing things ahead. 💐

🙌 Grade 6 Gospel Camp Recap! 🙌

Last month, we kicked off our annual Grade 6 Gospel Camp with an amazing couple of days full of fun, fellowship, and faith-building! After some lively icebreakers and team challenges, the students ate lunch at the campsite. There, they tackled a challenging rope course, played games, sang songs, and ended the day by sharing meaningful reflections.

Day2️⃣ started with a hearty breakfast before more engaging activities led by Pastor Matt and Pastor Franke. The students dove into gospel-centered discussions and wrapped up the retreat by tidying up and returning to CAPCL.
Overall, it was such a great time of growth, community, and drawing closer to God! The students left feeling encouraged and excited to continue their faith journeys.

✨ Power Wave Shines at the Macao Summer Market Roadshow! ✨

What an incredible experience for our CAPCL dance team, Power Wave, as they took the stage at the Macao Summer Market Roadshow — a cultural event presented by the Hong Kong Representative Office of the Macao SAR Government Tourism Office — this past weekend at Olympian City! 💃🕺

Our dancers shared their joy and faith through four inspiring performances that truly showcased their energy, passion, and teamwork:

A vibrant group dance to “Try Everything” by Shakira 🎶
A graceful solo by Angela Ng to “Me & U” by Tems 💫
A dynamic solo by Chelsea to “Turn It Up” by Planetshakers 🔥
A powerful finale with the whole team dancing to “One Way Jesus” by Hillsong 🙏

The dance team's name, Power Wave, symbolizes moving with the power of God and spreading His love wherever we go, and our dancers truly lived up to that message on stage — radiating joy and confidence before an international audience. 🌍❤️

We’re excited to open our first art exhibition, showcasing the incredible creativity of our Preparatory to Grade 2 students! 🖼️✨

As part of our STREAM education program, this exhibition encourages students to explore connections between Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics through creativity and expression. 🌟

This year’s theme is “Abundance”, explored through unique and inspiring perspectives by each grade:
