Our Executive Director represented ASRC as a speaker at MRO Southeast Asia 2026 in Kuala Lumpur this May, where he shared the Centre’s achievements and offered valuable insights into the aviation MRO sector.

The ASRC team was honored to attend the Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) Annual Dinner once again this year.

The event provided a meaningful occasion to celebrate a year of dedication, hard work, and collective achievements. It also offered an excellent opportunity to reflect on our shared successes and express our sincere appreciation to all who have contributed to our progress.

The evening was both inspiring and energizing, setting a positive tone for the year ahead. We look forward to continued collaboration, growth, and success within the industry.

We were pleased to welcome a delegation from the Guangdong Aerospace Research Academy to ASRC.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to exchange insights on our ongoing research, core capabilities, and perspectives on innovation in aviation services, advanced aerospace technologies, and their industry applications.

We were honored to welcome Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce delegation visiting ASRC, together with PolyU Council Chairman, Senior Vice President of Research and Innovation and Vice President of Knowledge Transfer.

The visit offered a meaningful platform for exchanging perspectives on innovation, industry collaboration, and knowledge transfer, while reinforcing the connection between academia and industry. We look forward to fostering further collaboration and partnership opportunities in the future.

This year, InnoEX was held in April 2026, spotlighting five dynamic areas: AI+, robotics, the low-altitude economy, property technology, and retail technology. Our Executive Director attended the event to gain the latest insights into emerging technologies and exchange ideas with experts from different industries.

We were pleased to host a visit from students of Nanjing University of Science and Technology. During their visit, the students had the opportunity to learn more about the work carried out at ASRC, engage in technical discussions with our team, and exchange perspectives on research, innovation, and real-world applications. We sincerely hope this visit will inspire their engineering insight and support them on their journey to becoming future engineers.

We were pleased to host a visit from a group of HKPC members. We introduced our facilities and ongoing research, and look forward to potential collaboration opportunities.

We were pleased to host a delegation from the COMAC-NUAA Research Institute for Large Aircraft. We showcased our ongoing innovations in automation, robotics, industrial IT, and sustainable technologies for aviation maintenance, repair, and manufacturing, and exchanged insights with the visitors. We look forward to further collaboration.

Our Executive Director visited MRO Guangzhou in March on behalf of ASRC, engaging directly with the region’s rapidly evolving aviation MRO ecosystem.

The event brought together airlines, MROs, OEMs, technology providers, and research organisations, with discussions focused on digital MRO, advanced materials, data-driven maintenance, workforce capability, and sustainability.

China’s MRO market continues to advance, with strong momentum in localisation, smart maintenance, and technology adoption. We look forward to future collaboration with mainland MRO industry.
