Was a Lightweight last week so put on my angry face for a good chest/arms workout to start the week. Now, off to teach motivated rug-rats and lazy adolescents.

Camp Boom Shaka-Laka is starting up again in July after a 2 summer hiatus due to “you know what.”
Our summer camp consists of 5 days, Monday through Friday from 10 to 3 and is an English immersion camp that explores fun things to do in Hong Kong including but not limited to the Science and History museums, HK Central Library/nature walk, Epic Land in Discovery Bay, Picnic and Silver-mine Bay Beach Fun on Lantau and Ocean Park with Ferry rides, lunch and transportation included.
