學生會2015年度周年大選補選提名期將於2015年2月11日中午12時結束。

The nomination period for By-election for Students' Union Annual Election 2015 will close on 12:00 noon of 11 February 2015.

學生會現正招募2015年度幹事會成員及普選評議員。有關幹事會及普選評議員的角色和職責，可參閱學生會憲章。有意參選的同學請詳閱選舉指引及提名指引，並填妥指定的提名表格和競選宣言。

候選人需於2015年2月11日中午12時前向一樓學生會辦公室或二樓學生成就發展處(於開放時間內)遞交提名表格和競選宣言正本，並將競選宣言的電腦檔案於截止時間前電郵至[email protected]。所有遲交表格，恕不接受。

The Students’ Union is now recruiting new Executive Committee members and Popularly Elected Union Councillors for the Session 2015. Information on the roles and duties of the above positions could be found in the Constitution. Students wishing to stand as candidates must read the Guidelines on Election and Guidelines on Nomination as well as complete the Nomination Form and Manifesto Form of the respective positions.

Hard copy of the completed forms must be submitted to 1/F Students’ Union (SU) Office or 2/F Office of Student Success during the opening hours by 12:00 noon of 11 February 2015. In addition, soft copy of the Manifesto Form must also be sent to [email protected] by the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
