Come study acting with us and learn techniques from The Method. What do Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, James Dean and Paul Newman all have in common? In The Method we teach you to be more focused and in touch with your emotions, resulting to better performances overall. Here is a little info about our mentor, who has been taught The Method over the years:

Harry Oram was born in Hong Kong. He has always been a performer, being a member of the school’s dance team where he performed in both ballet and modern dance pieces. Moving to England when he was 10, Harry won a choral scholarship at Downside School, where he was later made lead treble and sang in the 2 CDs they recorded, “Gregorian Moods” and “The Abbey”, both of which went to number 1 in the classical charts. Despite performing all his life, Harry never pursued it as a career until he after he graduated from Edinburgh University. It was at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival that Harry really decided to give acting his full attention. From Edinburgh he moved to London to perform as well as to study at various workshops. It was in London that he first came in contact with “The Method” under the tutelage of Mariana Hill. She became his mentor and coached him one on one. She encouraged him to move to New York to study at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Insitute. There Harry engrossed himself in “The Method” for two years, competing their 2 year certificate program. Since then, Harry has been utilizing the method in all the work that he does. Upon returning to Hong Kong, Harry wanted to share his experiences with those eager to learn. To give them a space in which they can practice, share, encourage and dream. A model based on what Strasberg gave his fellows in New York, an Actors Studio.
