Last “Injera Night”was more than just an event. It was a beautiful celebration of togetherness, where we embraced the rich traditions of Ethiopia right here in the heart of Hong Kong. From the moment we tore into that soft, tangy injera with our hands, to the rhythmic beats of the dance workshop, the soulful kalimba melodies, and the aromatic coffee ceremony, every moment was about teaching culture and sharing it with open hearts.
