We are delighted to announce that we have been invited to perform at Ocean Park and the AIA Carnival on December 23 and December 28!

* Rehearsal Course Fees: One performance - $1980, Two performances - $2580

Certificates will be awarded upon completion of the performances. Please refer to the poster for rehearsal details. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

致舊生及現正就讀的學生家長：

過往 CSTD 只有Junior Jazz 或以下級別才會頒發考試襟章。
自2025年度7月份起，CSTD 考試課程將對每一級通過考試的學生均會頒發襟章以作鼓勵。

申請考試襟章程序：
1. 填妥此申請表格，並上傳考試證書副本及付款收據，完成後 WhatsApp 與本校確認
2. 待襟章到達後通知家長到校舍領取，大約需時三十個工作天 (截止日起)
3. WhatsApp 預約並確認時間到校舍領取襟章

領取時段：
- 銅鑼灣百威校舍 (六) 10:00-14:00
- 杏花邨校舍 (六) 10:00-17:00
- 杏花邨校舍 (日) 10:00-13:00

* 考試襟章費用 $100/個
* 2025年7月考生毋須申請，襟章將稍後與考試證書一同派發

如您希望申請 2025 年前參加考試的襟章 (Jazz 1-8 級別)，請於截止日 2025年10月24日 (第一輪) 或 2025年12月22日 (第二輪) 前填寫以下表格，並在填寫後透過 WhatsApp 9315 2916 與本校確認。

**To Former Students and Parents of Current Students:**

In the past, CSTD only awarded exam badges to students at the Junior Jazz level or below. Starting in July 2025, CSTD will award badges to every student who passes the exam at each level as a form of encouragement.

**Procedure to Apply for Exam Badges:**

1. Complete this application form and upload a copy of the exam certificate and payment receipt. After completing, confirm with the school via WhatsApp.
2. Once the badges arrive, parents will be notified to collect them from the school, which will take approximately thirty working days (from the application date).
3. Make an appointment via WhatsApp to confirm the time for badge collection.

**Collection Times:**

- Causeway Bay Parkview Campus (Saturday) 10:00-14:00
- Heng Fa Chuen Campus (Saturday) 10:00-17:00
- Heng Fa Chuen Campus (Sunday) 10:00-13:00

* Exam badge fee: $100 each
* Students taking the exam in July 2025 do not need to apply; badges will be distributed later along with the exam certificates.
