PolyU CPCE successfully hosted the 11th annual CPCE Health Conference on 31 July 2026. Held in a hybrid format—welcoming participants both online and in-person at the PolyU West Kowloon Campus—the international event brought together healthcare experts, educators, and researchers from Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and Australia.
Under the theme "Reviewing Universal Healthcare Coverage in the Asia-Pacific", this year's conference provided a vital platform for cross-regional dialogue. The discussions focused on evaluating current healthcare models and exploring sustainable strategies to ensure accessible and equitable healthcare for all.
The event was honoured to have Dr Cecilia Fan, JP, Acting Secretary for Health of the Health Bureau, HKSAR Government, as the officiating guest who delivered the opening address.
Prof. Peter P. Yuen, Dean of PolyU CPCE and Conference Chair, formally kicked off the event with a welcoming speech and shared insights into Hong Kong’s dual-track healthcare system.

Attracting over 1,260 participants, the conference featured a rich programme of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and parallel sessions. Experts engaged in in-depth exchanges on critical topics shaping the future of healthcare, including sustainable healthcare financing models, primary healthcare and community-based models, ,the evolution of dual-track healthcare systems, and telemedicine and digital health advancements.
【𝗣𝗼𝗹𝘆𝗨 𝗖𝗣𝗖𝗘成功舉辦第𝟭𝟭屆「𝗖𝗣𝗖𝗘醫護研討會」 探討亞太地區全民健康覆蓋】
PolyU CPCE主辦的第11屆年度盛事「CPCE醫護研討會」於2026年7月31日圓滿舉行。是次研討會以混合模式進行,參加者可選擇親臨理大西九龍校園或透過網上參與。活動匯聚了來自香港、中國內地、日本、南韓、泰國及澳洲等地的醫療保健專家、教育工作者及研究人員。
今年大會以「檢視亞太地區的全民健康覆蓋」為主題,為跨地域的醫療政策交流提供了一個重要平台。會上集中評估現行的醫療模式,並探討可持續的發展策略,以確保大眾能獲得公平及普及的醫療服務。
大會非常榮幸邀請到香港特別行政區政府署理醫務衞生局局長范婉雯醫生,JP擔任主禮嘉賓並致開幕辭。
PolyU CPCE院長兼大會主席阮博文教授為大會致歡迎辭,為活動揭開序幕,並就香港的雙軌醫療體系分享見解。其他講者包括香港大學公共衞生學院臨床教授David Bishai教授、泰國National Health Foundation主席Somsak CHUNHARAS博士、日本東邦大學醫學部名譽教授長谷川友紀教授、北京大學國家發展研究院經濟學長江學者特聘教授劉國恩教授、中國廣州醫科大學副校長胡丙杰教授、南韓漢陽大學醫學院教授Dongwoon HAN、中山大學公共衛生學院衛生管理學系教授張慧教授、澳洲詹姆斯庫克大學商業、法律與治理學院副院長兼學術主管梁展明教授,以及泰國Mahidol University ASEAN Institute for Health Development的Dr Jukkrit WUNGRATH。
是次研討會吸引了逾1,260名人士參與,大會安排了豐富的議程,包括多場主題演講、專題討論及分組會議。與會專家就多個影響醫療未來發展的關鍵議題進行了深入交流,涵蓋可持續的醫療融資模式、基層醫療及社區醫療模式、雙軌醫療體系的演變及遙距醫療與數碼健康的最新發展。
