香港城市大學學生會仲裁委員會 Arbitration Committee, CityU SU

n Committee are governed by the Constitution of the Students' Union, the Terms of Reference of the Arbitration Committee, and the Rules of the Arbitration Committee (Procedural Guidelines). The Arbitration Committee is formed by Chief Arbitrator, Secretary-General and other Arbitrators who are appointed by the Union Council. Through maintaining judicial independence and upholding the rule of law, it aims to safeguard the constitutional rights of the Students’ Union members and the confidence of our members towards the dispute resolution system of the Students' Union. The Arbitration Committee will review the arbitration procedures irregularly to ensure efficiency and keep up with professional standards.

仲裁委員會是香港城市大學學生會的 獨立仲裁機關。

仲裁委員會根據《學生會會章》第六章設立，為中央組織之一，負責處理學生會內一切投訴及糾纷，並有學生會會章之 最終詮釋權。

仲裁委員會的職能受《學生會會章》、《仲裁委員會職權範圍章》及《仲裁守則（程序指引）》規限。

仲裁委員會由首席仲裁員、秘書長及其他仲裁員組成，而以上成員經由評議會委任或簡易委任程序產生。通過秉持司法獨立等法治原則，維護學生會會員受會章所保障的權益，及取得大眾對本會仲裁制度的信任。

仲裁委員會會不定期檢討仲裁程序及日常運作，以提高效率及專業水平。
