Cadie and Shandy will be leaving Hong Kong next week to return home. Shandy who has been a great riding school pony, is going back to the UK and Cadie who has been a fantastic mare on the show jumping circuit here in Hong Kong, is returning to Germany. We will miss having them at LWSC but we are very much looking forward to seeing updates as they settle back into life, back where they came from 🥰.

Iggy (Puccini) update!
Iggy has arrived safely in Abu Dhabi and has been reunited with Christian. He is settling in great in his new home. 😍🤩

What an amazing week working with the Hong Kong Youth riders at the Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show.
We are so extremely proud of them all, from their amazing horsemanship skills caring for their horses to shining bright on the international stage. Well done Carrie, Jeffrey and Rosy and of course our wonderful horses Little Lady, Emperor and Chopsticks 🤩.

We are thrilled to say that Iggy has travelled safely to the UK where he will have a short holiday before joining Christian in Abu Dhabi in January. We would like to wish Christian and Iggy the best of luck for the future and we can’t wait to see updates of their journey in the UAE.

On Monday 24th November, Lo Wu Saddle Club hosted a BHS stage 4 and BHSI training day with Sarah Spencer-Williams FBHS.

It was a truly inspiring day attended by coaches from across all the centres in Hong Kong. Coaches had the opportunity to ride, coach and observe, supported by our wonderful horses and some of our LWSC competition team members as demo riders.

Under the excellent guidance of Sarah, she discussed the requirements of the assessments and helped to give feedback to support the coaches who are on their journey to completing their stage 4 and BHSI.

We would like to thank Sarah Spencer-Williams for a truly fantastic day.

A massive well done to our LWSC competition team who have had a busy 6 weeks since the start of the competition season. You have all produced fantastic results in all three disciplines and it has been great to see all partnerships continue to grow. We are very proud of you all! 🤩🌟

CELEBRATION FOR CHRISTIAN’S NEW ADVENTURES!

On Saturday 1st November we will be having a celebration for Christian as he gets ready to move on to his new chapter in life.
From 7.30pm onwards at Lo Wu Saddle Club. Everyone is welcome, there will be food but BYOB.

Christian will be flying on the 2nd November so although he would appreciate gifts, if anyone would like to contribute to Iggy’s travel fund then that would be very much appreciated. Iggy will be joining Christian on his adventures later in November.

We look forward to seeing you all at LWSC on 1st November.
