to 2016! Teaching in a beautiful space in Sheung wan, HK. I remember that year vividly where I would be so terrified before every single class as I always felt like I never knew enough.
My plan was to teach some yoga until I found a βrealβ job! As I couldnβt bear being this nervous every single day!
Little did I know that one day yoga and wellness was going to end up becoming my real job!!! πππ₯°
And that the journey of developing into a yoga teacher is a VERY slow journey, but itβs a journey and the only way through is by practicing regularly, continuous learning from different teachers, and to keep on teaching and teaching and teaching, hoping that one day the nervousness will go away.. I am not as terrified as I used to be so that is some progress πππ
