🥮 【玩轉中秋・探索STEAM Mid-Autumn STEAM Fun】 ✨

一連兩日的中秋慶祝活動在歡笑聲中圓滿結束喇！當傳統節日遇上幼兒數學與科學探究，讓小朋友體驗了一趟豐富的跨學科學習之旅 💛
Our 2-day Mid-Autumn celebration was a wonderful journey combining traditional culture with early years maths & science!

👩‍🍳 Day 1：冰皮月餅工作坊 Snow-Skin Mooncake DIY
感謝家長義工到校支援！小朋友們在製作過程中融入 STEAM 元素：

⚖️ 數學概念 Maths：搓揉麵團，認識大小與分量 Portion & size concepts
🔬 科學感官 Science：感受柔軟質感，訓練細緻動作 Fine motor skills & sensory touch

看到親手做的月餅，大家都超有成就感！

🎉 Day 2：中秋慶祝會 Mid-Autumn Party
大家穿上華服、品嚐月餅，並在攤位遊戲中動腦又動身體：

- 控制手部力道與距離 Course control & distance

⭕️ 中秋過三關 Mid-Autumn Tic-Tac-Toe
- 觀察圖案與空間邏輯 Pattern matching & spatial logic

[Who needs cake to have a blast? 🎂 Highlights from our monthly birthday party!]

In fact, over the past few years, our school has always insisted on hosting ”A Birthday Party Without Cake“! From when we first trialled it to now, the children get so immersed and involved every single time, and the laughter never stops! ✨

So, how do you party without a cake? Take a look at the highlights from today‘s celebration

📖 繪本分享：《沒有蛋糕的生日會》 用故事引導小朋友明白，生日嘅重點其實係「感恩」同「陪伴」。學識同理心同滿足感，比食蛋糕更甜！

📖 Storytime: A Birthday Without Cake Through a story, we guided the little ones to understand that the true point of celebrating is expressing gratitude and spending quality time together. Learning empathy and contentment is even sweeter than eating cake!

🥗 健康小食：家長最放心！ 全面選用原形食材！既可以滿足小朋友嘅為食饞，又可以保護牙齒，食得健康無負擔！

🥗 Healthy Snacks: Giving Parents Peace of Mind! We strictly use whole foods! They satisfy the children‘s little cravings while protecting their teeth, keeping them eating healthy and worry-free.

❤️ 遊戲時間：「紅色」大搜查！ 全場一齊玩「搵紅色」小遊戲！不單止考考專注力同觀察力，見到大家四圍搜尋紅色物品嘅樣，真係超可愛！

❤️ Game Time: The “Red” Treasure Hunt! The whole room joined in for a game of ”Find Something Red“! Not only did it test their focus and observation skills, but watching them hunt high and low for red objects was utterly adorable!

💡 【特別插播】今晚嘅親子互動題 🥕 活動裡面我哋問咗小朋友一個問題：「點解『紅蘿蔔』明明係橙色，但叫紅蘿蔔嘅？」 小朋友Storytime、爆笑又童真！😂 家長們今晚都不妨問吓屋企個寶貝，聽吓佢哋有乜創意解答（歡迎喺下面留言分享答案比我哋聽吓！）

💡 [Bonus Feature] Tonight‘s Parent-Child Chat Topic 🥕 During the activity, we asked the children a question: ”Why is a carrot called a ’red radish‘ (紅蘿蔔) in Chinese, when it’s clearly orange?“ The children‘s answers were delightfully wild, hilarious, and full of childlike wonder! 😂 Mummies and daddies, why not ask your little ones at home tonight and see what creative answers they come up with?
