1. Presenting flashcards with letters like, 苹果(píngguǒ :apple), 香蕉(xiāngjiāo: banana), 草莓(cǎoméi: strawberry), 葡萄(pútáo: grape) on one side and color pictures on the other side and let students associate pictures with pinyin and meaning.

2. Collecting those flashcards after a few minutes and let students draw pictures based on pronunciation that they hear. This way, students can easily memorize the words in a fun way.
