【華德福教育 - AI時代的出路】- 認識華德福教育

在這個瞬息萬變、AI 急速發展的時代，我們不禁思考：孩子需要怎樣的教育才能在這大時代安身立命、知道自己的本質及方向，並擁有足夠的行動意志成就自己，甚至與同伴攜手帶領世界邁向和平友愛？我們又可以如何輔助他們成長？

本課程由現居荷蘭、育有四名子女的 Ms Jane 帶領。她曾任職HR總監。十年前大女兒入讀華德福學校時，她是一位「完全不認識華德福」的家長。這十年來她深造華德福教育及人智學，修讀幼教及小學培訓後、修畢兩年人生梳理顧問（Biographical Consultant）課程。現時除了為客戶提供諮詢外，亦有經營Patreon，並於荷蘭一家華德福幼稚園裏擔任兼職助教。

Ms Jane的歷程讓她的課程能既落地、貼近真實生活，同時又帶著溫暖而深刻的靈性視角去觀看華德福。她將帶領我們從人的內在成長出發，重新認識華德福教育的全貌。

讓我們在繁忙的生活中，給靈魂一個溫暖的出口：

由現居荷蘭、家裏有四個華德福孩子的媽媽兼人智學人生梳理顧問 Ms Jane 帶領。本課程將帶領大家透過四堂課，認識人智學關於個人内在發展的理念。我們將以小組形式進行，讓我們聚在一起學習人智學的概念，更重要是讓我們一起互動，把概念内化。課堂後帶走的不是紙上的知識，而是對靈魂成長的養分。

波特曼運動是源自德國人智學啟迪下的運動療癒，透過精準動作，喚醒身體對空間、力量與節奏的感知，能協助身心靈整合，邁向內在自由與平衡。 如欲了解更多波特曼運動，請前往 ON THE STILL

在手工老師培訓課程中的波特曼運動課內容大綱： ・初步了解四個身體Four Bodies如何在孩子及成年人中運作
・了解一至三年級的遊戲如何協助孩子的身心靈成長
・7至14歲的小朋友如何透過運動健康地發展乙太體Etheric body；成年人如何透過乙太體放鬆身體
・透過升力與重力Levity & Gravity讓孩子及成年人扎根於世界並與靈性連結

從2014年開始就讀華德福幼師課程及不同類型的人智學藝術課程；同時開始研習氣功、太極及不同類型關於身心的運動，同年開始在不同機構及小學舉辦工作坊，開展以身心靈發展的運動及藝術教育。

2016年開始就讀英國Bothmer®️ Movement International 頒發的 Bothmer®️ Movement 空間運動課程；同年，開始任教香港華德福學校的遊戲及運動課；2019年完成了該三年制共720小時的導師課程。

2022年完人智學建築初階課程（四個模組），
2025年完成三年的Biography Works人智學生命史咨詢師課程，2025年繼續深化來自Bothmer®️ movement 的Bothmer Therapy課程。此外，2024 年完成了為期兩年的髗骶骨治療高階認證課程，現為髗骶骨治療高階治療師，希望透過不同方式的全觀及整存治療及咨詢，以身體、運動及全觀生命平衡及調整人的身心靈健康。

📣 家長如何在家支持孩子的中文學習

我校的中文課程顧問老師林源先生將會於11月28日舉行一個日間工作坊，介紹如何支持孩子的中華文化學習。林先生多年前在北京創辦春之谷華德福學校，並曾在美國的華德福學校任教，有在非華語環境裏教中文的經驗。工作坊將以普通話進行。

In Waldorf classrooms, handwork isn’t a side activity—it’s a vital part of educating the whole child: head, heart, and hands.

When a child picks up knitting needles or a crochet hook, they’re doing far more than crafting:

🧠 Boosting Brain Development: Cross-lateral movements in knitting support neural growth and mathematical thinking.
💪 Building Patience & Perseverance: Mistakes become lessons. Finishing a project brings real pride.
🎯 Sharpening Focus: The rhythm of handwork calms the mind and strengthens attention.

📚 Grade Highlights:
•⁠ ⁠Grade 1: Make their own knitting needles, then learn to knit.
•⁠ ⁠Grade 3: Crochet while exploring shelters and practical life.
•⁠ ⁠Grade 5: Sew Greek tunics and animals, connecting to ancient civilizations and geometry.

This isn’t just about creating beautiful things (though that’s a wonderful bonus!). It’s about nurturing capable, confident, and resilient human beings.

2025 IWTT - Summer Intensive
Art and Biography with Karin Jarman

Day 5

Here comes our last day.

Our interactions and sharing grew deeper and deeper. We painted early childhood impressions and reflected on the process.

The group painting discussions were incredibly interesting! Not only were the outcomes amazingly diverse, but the emotions and feelings during the process were unforgettable.

“I don’t feel tired after this class!”
“I really enjoyed diving deep into color without any judgment.”

On the first day, Ms. Karin introduced us to SOS—Save Our Souls.
We’ve truly experienced how working with color can save our souls this week.

2025 IWTT - Summer Intensive
Art and Biography with Karin Jarman

Day 4

The black rainstorm couldn’t stop us!

We began by saying the same verse as yesterday.

Fairy tales are food for the soul. After a lovely fairy tale, we did a clay exercise. This little doll could provide strength, confidence, and imagination for tackling impossible tasks.

We shared our sacred first memories and painted them. Following the most heartwarming part, we painted gifts for our partners. 🫶🏻

Last but not least, we ended the day with this poem:
