We helped one of our clients increase their student ratings over the course of four months.

💡 But the interesting part? Using the traditional predictor of teacher success, experience, didn’t move the needle.

It was only when we analyzed our recruitment strategy that we realized what would — purpose-driven, passionate, value-aligned educators — enhanced by support and ongoing development. 🎯

This resulted in students getting the teachers’ very best, lesson after lesson.

In online education, the costs come first. 💸

You spend money and resources on -
💴 Advertising and recruitment, before you know if the teacher will stay.
💶 Onboarding and training, before a single lesson is taught.
💵 Management, before you've earned a cent from the classes you're paying to fill.

Which means revenue only comes later. And the gap in between is where your cash flow gets restricted.

With our TMaaS (Teacher Management & Development as a Service), you 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐚 𝐟𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 — 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 it's been taught.

𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝... 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩? 😣

A teacher snoozes their alarm. They don't see a calendar notification. Their internet goes down at just the wrong time.

While missed lessons mostly happen by accident, the results are the same. Disappointed students that don't renew. Refunds. Negative reviews that stay online forever.

We've even spoken to founders who started waking up in the middle of the night, every night, to make sure their teachers are online. 😳

This all ends up costing you more than it should.

With us, you don't lose a wink. 💤

Across every client and teacher we manage, 99.94% of lessons are taught exactly as scheduled.

We ensure teachers are online and ready to teach. And when they're not, we have the robust capacity to arrange short-notice cover most of the time.

Want to see how this could work for your online education business? Send us a DM, we'd love to help you reclaim your losses. ⭐
