【Celebrating another milestone!】

PolyU has risen to 83rd in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026, marking its fifth consecutive year among the world’s top 100 universities!

This year, 2,191 universities from 115 countries and territories were assessed across 18 indicators in five areas including Teaching, Research Environment, Research Quality, International Outlook, and Industry. PolyU excelled in several research-related indicators, achieving full scores in “Research Excellence” and “Research Productivity” for three consecutive years, full scores in “Patents” for two consecutive years, and excellence performance in “Research Strength” and “Research Influence”.

These results underscore PolyU’s overall strength and global impact in research, teaching, and knowledge transfer, as well as its achievement in fostering an international academic environment.
