The MSc Mentorship Program 2026/27 has officially begun with our Mentors’ Training Workshop on 15 August 2026 (Saturday), bringing together our dedicated mentors as they prepare to support the next generation of MSc students. 🚀

Designed to equip mentors with practical and effective mentoring skills, the workshop explored how to build trust-based relationships, unlock mentees' potential through meaningful conversations, harness the power of silence and active listening, and translate insights into actionable behavioral growth. Through engaging discussions and experience sharing, mentors gained valuable tools to foster deeper connections and create a lasting impact throughout the mentoring journey. 🤝✨

We were honored to welcome Mr. Chris Tsang, Assistant Dean (Administration) & MSc Program Director, who expressed sincere appreciation to our dedicated mentors and celebrated the continued growth of our mentorship community with an impressive 87 mentors this year. 📈 We were also grateful for the presence of Ms. Salad Kwok, Head of MSc Programs, whose commitment continues to strengthen the program year after year.

Mentors also enjoyed an exclusive sneak peek at the newly established HKUST Business School Central in Admiralty, touring the new premises and experiencing this exciting new centre. 🏢🌟
