The first part of the orienteering course was held in the Lecture Theatre. In the 2 hour lecture, our guides and scouts learned about orienteering activities in Hong Kong and basic skills of orienteering. The course introduces the equipment, forms, rules and different symbols present on an orienteering map.

𝑰𝒄𝒆 𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈! 🧊🔨

During the ice breaking session, we played a fun kahoot recalling the orienteering knowledge learnt in the theory lesson, information about the camp and fun facts about our SPLs :> Through the ice breaking games like 一蚊五毫 and 乜咁啱呀, our guides and scouts get to know one another, fostering bondings among them.
