Whisked is a baking studio dedicated to children aged 3 and older. Our classes are taught in either Putonghua or English. www.whiskedbaking.com

Each class will feature one recipe and last an hour to an hour and a half depending on the age group and complexity of the recipes. Parents can opt for one-off classes or sign up for a package of 6. We will set clear objectives on what the children will achieve in each class. There are many fun aspects involved in baking, but it also helps children with their reading, math and science skills. Dear Parents: Happy New Year! Chinese New Year is just right around the corner. Whisked Baking Studio will be hosting a short CNY program this year, teaching children how to make shortbread butter cookies in the shape of the year of the Mouse. Christmas is just around the corner, Whisked Baking Studio is excited to have our keen bakers back during the festival season. Dear all: Whisked Baking studio will be hosting Mid-Autumn Mooncakes making classes this coming week. This season we will still teach the younger group, Baby Whisks, the traditional mooncakes. However for the Little Whisks and order, as we see most of them have become very experienced bakers over the summer, we will be teaching the Custard Mooncakes. We hope you can join us this season. Day 4 Pre-summer camp: today’s menu was meatball with mushroom sauce. The highlight was cutting onions like Julia Child 😭😭. This is a great dish that you can serve with pasta or rice and it’s good for everyone in the family. Have a great weekend ahead!

Day 3 Pre-summer camp: baking is about enjoying the process and the final product. Sometimes simple recipes make the most yummy stuff. Today we taught lemon muffin by using freshly squeezed juice and grated lemon zests. The girls couldn’t stop eating them when they are done 😃😃😃
