This is my mantra for the year. I’m attempting to be more kind. Don’t wanna be an ass all the time to all people.

I’ve been told twice this week to not cause myself any stress, to put myself first and remember that I can run on empty.

So now I’m passing on this reminder to you.

Never run on empty. Remember to refuel yourself; mentally, emotionally, physically.

Are you dreaming big, or are you failing to dream?

If you don’t dream, you won’t try, and if you don’t try, who knows if you would succeed?

Learn to spend time with those people you love and who love you back in return, warts and all.

Do you set high expectations of yourself, on plans, on others?
Do these expectations always work out?

What about if you were able to relax your expectations and just enjoy the moment!

Remember everything will pass.
Have the knowledge that this moment, it too will pass.
Look to the positive future.
