各位會員及業界朋友：
Dr Chester Chu 於 2026年7月30日 代表 HKAFA、HKICES 及 SRFP&S，就政府 2026–2030 五年規劃 提交意見書，有關內容已獲相關各大協會董事支持及通過，現供各位參閱及分享。是次建議重點關注兩大問題：近920億港元財政赤字，以及 失業問題與失業率；並提出四項核心建議，包括：建立全球金融交易所樞紐、推動五天24小時金融服務、發展香港成為全球保險公司註冊地，以及 打造國際金融中心教育樞紐，以鞏固香港國際金融中心地位、創造就業機會及開拓可持續收入來源。中文版本 英文版本
Dear Members and Industry Friends,
On 30 July 2026, Dr Chester Chu, on behalf of HKAFA, HKICES and SRFP&S, submitted recommendations to the Government regarding the 2026–2030 Five-Year Plan. The submission has been supported and endorsed by the Boards of the relevant major associations, and is now shared here for your reference and circulation. The paper highlights two major concerns: the budget deficit of nearly HK$92 billion and joblessness / the unemployment rate. It also sets out four key recommendations: building a Global Financial Trading Exchange Hub, introducing five days of 24-hour financial services, positioning Hong Kong as a global insurance company registration place, and developing an International Financial Centre Education Hub. These proposals aim to strengthen Hong Kong’s competitiveness as an international financial centre, create employment opportunities, and secure sustainable sources of revenue for the future.
