隨住第二十三屆學生會選舉嘅結束，第二十二屆學生會Polaris 亦都功成身退！多謝咁多位同學呢一年黎嘅支持，鼓勵，以及包容！希望新一年學生會可以繼續為聖若瑟盡心盡力地服務! 多謝！

With the completion of today's Student Association Election, it marks the end of Polaris' term of office as the 22nd Student Association of SJACS. We would like to take this opportunity to thank those who have been supporting and encouraging us throughout the year and we very much appreciate your patience with us. We hope the 23rd Student Association will keep our fire burning ,and lead us to a better SJACS .

聽日於第三堂後將會喺禮堂舉行一年一度嘅學生會會員大會，以及2014-2015年度第二十三屆學生會選舉，希望各位同學可以好好運用你神聖嘅一票，投俾自己心儀嘅內閣！

Our chairperson Angus Ng was interviewed by Students of Hong Kong!

Angus Ng, S.6 student of St. Joseph's Anglo-Chinese School, ex-chairperson of the student association and debate society there.

'What type of person are you?'

'I am an optimistic person. My motto is the title of the Coldplay song Viva La Vida, which means to live your life. I think that even if there are challenges and difficulties you face, and people criticize you, you should have positive thinking and believe that as long as you are happy and that you're doing everything right, it's all worth it. Worrying doesn’t help the problems you are facing or change the status quo. I prefer to be acceptable of all things and people. Not everything is within our control, to solve a problem we need to accept and change ourselves instead of others and the situation.'

'Were there any unforgettable incidents you experienced as SA president?'

'There was a crisis and among the 10 friends in our committee, one of them...... We had the same goal, but we somehow separated because of conflict. He doesn't speak to us anymore. We're still very hostile, but I want to make up with him. I cherish friendship, which is why I'm more considerate, tolerant and patient towards my friends.

'I prioritize friendship, it's more long lasting. Unlike academics, which doesn't define you as a person. In your secondary school years, you meet more people and develop friendships, 10 years later, you'll remember that but you won't remember your grades. If you're nice to people, they'll be nice in return. It's better to have friends than to be hostile with others. Being with friends makes me happy, I like to see people around me happy. '

In this year's Joint School Variety Show, Mosaic, the Dance Club of our school and one of our schoolmates Jimsee Wu have been qualified into the final round! Moreover, in this year's show, we've invited Killersoap, B.o.P, and To Siu Kiu as our performing guests and MC! It's a show that you don't wanna miss!
