No video, no photo dump, and certainly no reel can truly do justice to everything this semester has been.
The friendships formed, the memories created, the countless conversations, trips, celebrations, challenges, and moments in between are worth far more than what can fit into a few seconds of footage. What made this experience special was never the places we went or the events we attended, it was the people who shared them.
Over the past months, we became a family from different backgrounds, cultures, and corners of the world, brought together in one city at one unique moment in our lives. Together, we created memories that will stay with us long after Hong Kong becomes a place we used to live.
Now, as we all head toward different countries, careers, opportunities, and chapters of life, I hope we carry a little piece of this experience with us. While this may be the end of our semester together, I hope many of these goodbyes are simply “see you later.”
Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey. It would not have been the same without any of you. Wishing each and every one of you success, happiness, and the courage to become the very best version of yourselves.
And on a more personal note, this reel is my way of saying goodbye to those I didn’t get the chance to properly say it to. Thank you for making this semester unforgettable. I hope our paths cross again somewhere in the world.
